The room we booked was filthy! It was like someone was staying there. Fortunately, they relocated us to another room. It was nicer and cleaner but, not all that clean.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do, and there was secure, garage parking.

Hair dryer didn't work, blinds in bedroom wouldn't close to make dark, tv in living room was complex and desk stated there was no familiar channel listings (next day brought one), shower knob broken etc

I was surprised at a few basic things that were missing. I would have liked to clean a bit throughout the week, a broom would have been helpful, toilet brushes in each bathroom, some tupperware containers, dish soap, some cleaning spray.

The condo was large and easily accommodated us as 9 people.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like but we would suggest putting a few plastic glasses in each room (no glass in the pool area!) or bring your own yeti-type thermos for apres ski hot tub time. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash didn't work very well - I'd bring your own. The body lotion did not smell great - I'd bring your own. Otherwise, it was a terrific stay - we will be back.

The location was good - a short walk to the base of the mountain. Not ski in ski out but you can definitely stay here without renting a car. We took an uber to Canyons and to Main Street Park City with no issues and we also took the free Park City shuttle, which picks up right out front. Very slick! We also really liked that there was a washer dryer in our unit (bring your own detergent pods) and full size coffee maker (bring your own basket filters and coffee) We will be back!

The room was not cleaned good/ countertops was oily ,floor was dirty,no amenities,paper towels,soap. The worst thing is the room is very cold. The heater was not working. The maintenance people try to fix it the first night night and couldn’t get it to work properly. I asked to speak to the manager/management no one called to let me know if what or when the heater will be fixed. I even asked them to send some fire logs for the fireplace so we can get some heat for the place. I’m very disappointed this trip is cost me over $8000+.

Our AC was shut off halfway through the trip due to upcoming snow and rain storms. Apparently the system can only handle heat or AC at a time, so once the heat turned on we had no way of cooling down our room aside from opening our pool-level sliding door. However, for safety reasons and having a baby, leaving our door open (especially at night) was not an option. Because of how hot it became at night and being unable to open the door, we contacted guest services for help. The rep who answered was a total knob and showed no signs of empathy or understanding for the situation. He instead had a very “that’s how it is, deal with it” attitude which was frustrating. I asked if there was maybe a room available a floor above us so we could at least leave a window open, but he very quickly told us nothing was available. My wife and I checked after the phone call was over, and there were in fact a couple of rooms available. Still appalled at the situation, as it was easily the worst “customer service” interaction I’ve had.

room 308. We couldn’t control the heat/air. had to open sliding doors to pool area to sleep without par boiling. curtains were falling off rod and zip tied up. we were able to close interior curtains to block light from pool area only pulling by hand but in fear the whole contraption would fall on our heads. We managed to get bedside lamp on even with broken switch but afterwards had to unplug/plug from wall. Dining chair seats very butt sprung. There no safety bars in jacuzzi tub/shower combo.

The washing machine was broken; hard to turn on and delicate cycle did not work. Non stick pans need to be replaced or eliminated because their coating is flaking off. Health club had users at 6:15 am bouncing exercise ball off the wall and again at 10:30 pm, which is next door, with enough force to rattle the dishes.

. It was not like it was when we came two years ago .We loved it then and had same expectations . We paid Waaaay more this time for same kind of unit but were booked in a low quality unit . The dishwasher rack only two wheels left and hurt your back to use it . The Jacuzzi tub in room was extremely loud and vibrated the bottles off the edge it couldn't be used. There were locks on the kitchen cabinets so we had to store our groceries on the counter top. The fireplace flue would not close properly and let smell in . One bed lamp had huge stains on the shade and it wouldn't work . Light on ceiling flickered when on . Thermostat did not work on heater so we controlled it manually . When we turned thermostat down the heat would keep running . The carpet was stained . We could hear people walking over our heads . The washing machine would crawl out of the closet into the hallway whenever we used it . Deluxe Suite did not feel deluxe at all with it's deluxe list of broken stuff . Very disappointed what Silver King has become .

It was a good location. The bed was comfortable .

This year they turned off the AC for the bldg It was so stuffy and hot the first night. We couldn't open a window because all we had was a patio door leading outside that did not lock. We complained the next morning and asked for a different room. But they told us they were turning the AC back on, which they did so it was comfortable during the day. However they shut it off at night again and we had another sleepless night because it was so uncomfortablely warm. After two uncomfortable sleepless nights we were ready to go home and get some sleep!. It was very disappointing.

We stay here every year for our bdays in September. Usually we are very pleased. That's why we return each year.

Roaring refrigerator, soft sagging mattress, cooling system slow and weak. So did not sleep well. Stayed in a studio in early October. Maybe the one bedrooms are better. Dated (c 1986?) but functional decor.

Nice pool and hot tub, spacious room. Cool mid-century like lobby. Well-stocked kitchen. Decent quiet location. Clean. Jetted tub. Not too expensive, but think you get what you pay for.
