No AC on the floors except in rooms. very dated. ice machines are not in building which is inconvenient and when we went to use it, it was not working.

We were not given a code to get in the security gates, so I felt like I had to bug the guards to be let in after hours. Also I didn’t have a shower curtain & requested one but never received it, so the floor had to be cleaned each time we showered.

The property was extremely clean & super friendly. All the staff was very accommodating.

Toilet needs an upgrade. Wastes lots of water. The vanity was small.

Location was great. Only 5 minutes to Animal Kingdom and the rest of the Disney Parks were within 15 minutes. A lot of restaurants nearby.

We would have liked to have the room cleaned daily and new towels daily. Coffee was ok, a Keurig would be more convenient.

Location was great! If you are going to any Orlando attractions this is a great value for your money. However, you will need means of transportation. I am not sure if the resort has transportation. They had the basic amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The furniture in the rooms needs to be updated. I has scratches and discolorations. The tv should be wayyy bigger. Also the dvd player is obsolete. Also the market prices were very high. I definitely felt that the cost for water and snacks was way too overpriced. Also there was a letter left in our room advising about pest control and that they would be bringing in dogs to search the rooms for pests. This was very off putting and definitely made me insecure about my stay. Didnt see any pests at all but I was careful to search sheets and furniure and kitchen for any signs.

The floors were very dirty, made my husbands feet black. Someone on our floor was smoking marijuana, so it stunk very badly and the hallways. I reported this to the security guard that was walking our hallway, and he agreed. I also reported it to the checkout when I left. Pool towels were missing from our room, and we had to ask if there was any, since it was our first time being at this resport.

Location is great, nice and quiet being at the back of the resort.

The only thing I didn’t like is that they have a third party seller in the building and they were super aggressive and rude. Manager did address the situation though

Our only cons are that towels and some other daily needs are not easily accessible and you have to call to get them brought to you. As well as parking for the building. There’s just not enough parking close-by to accommodate the amount of people housed (stayed in building 900) without having to walk down to the next buildings parking lot (especially on the weekends).

We loved the amenities available for use (even though we didn’t have the time to use them). We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the bed was.

The room was dirty. There were some hairs in random places and near silverware. It was a great room It just was not deep cleaned.

We loved the location and how close it was to Disney! We loved the layout and space of our room. The pools and amenities were really nice as well.

The unit needs dishes to accommodate children as well. Everything was breakable. No sheets left for the sofa bed and the front desk didn’t have any until the next day. Also a bandaid was stuck to a painting.

It’s a timeshare property, so on arrival all you want to do is check in and unwind. Here you get bombarded by the reps organising and breakfast and meeting for the next morning.

Perfect location for Disney. Plenty of places to go and eat near by. Walmart just up the road if you are self catering and Publix the other way. Worked perfectly for the 9 days we were in Disney
