The shower was dirty. There was a bedbug in my bed. One of the lights didn’t work. Someone next to us slammed the door all night.

The staff was friendly ,the place was not very clean sadly floors and bath tub they needed a nice scrub ,glass windows and doors black and full of finger prints ,shampoo bottle was used before, had only half of the bottle, no coffee maker, no hangers ,pool area was pretty decent but lounge and chairs were broken

Took all night before the ac cooled the room off, toilet didn't flush correctly, bed was wore out . Lots of full time residents.

We booked a double bedroom, and they only gave us one towel! No hand towels, no other type of towels! No one was answered the office either when we tried to get more towels.

You get what you paid for. Good enough for a last minute, one-night stay. Beds were okay, a little springy.

No electric outlet in bath area. Heat did not not work properly Shower/tube needs to be remodeled, stains on ceiling and holes. Poor patch job on tiles. All light fixtures in poor condition. Bed sheets old and had holes Bath towels old and soft like a paper bag

I’m a solo cyclist so I’m looking for an inexpensive place to stay.This place fit the bill and was close to restaurants.

In the last year and a half, I've stayed there more than a half a dozen visits. Nights would equal a few dozen and never had an issue until I inconvenienced the owners around 8 or 9 pm because my son's sheet and blanket had nasty brown smudges on it. It looked like it was used as toilet paper. When my 12 year old saw it, he wanted to throw up. We asked for the sheets to be changed and as they came from their room in back, I knew this was pointless. At first they didn't want to help because no one was there to change the sheets egregious I said, just give me the sheets and I'll change it. They went searching and only came back with a thin sheet. Where's the thick sheet? "We have no more". Mind you there were dozens of vacant rooms they could have taken it from. And most of those rooms were out of order. I offered my thick blanket to my son and he wouldn't take it. My mom ended up bringing him a blanket as we were there because her father passed away and she had to move there to get his affairs in order. That was the last thing anyone wanted to deal with. The next day we mentioned it to the house keeper. "We'll take care of it no problem". They never showed. This place used to be our home away from home since my grandfather was diagnosed with leukemia and he was right around the corner from the hotel. Now we've found another for when I visit by mom. It angers me how they knew us enough to recognize us and put up in the same room each time but couldn't change sheets on a bed because they may miss part of a TV show or their food may cool down when they help a loyal guest. I'm not stopping here with bad reviews. I'm going everywhere

I didn’t like the husband or the guy at the front desk who clearly needed meds for his bipolar. He was nice until he had no reason to be. He accepted my booking and checked me in and said there was a 100 deposit. I said can I pay with card and his mood shifted and he said “cash better” I said I don’t have cash I just have my card. He snatched my card like madman. It was denied. I called my financial facility and they said nothing is wrong with my card so I asked swipe it again, he look irritated and swiped it and it was denied. He then said if I keep swiping “my system will pick up as fraud if I keep swiping” so the lady at my bank said hold on she will look into it. Went over some things and then said ur card should be active, the guy was so mad he started cursing in his native tongue. He swiped and it was denied so I told the lady hold on I think I know what the problem was. I went to atm that’s when he left and the wife or lady at the motel took over.

~~~~~~BEWARE OF SCAMMMERS~~~~~~~ I did not like? Absolutely nothing. Actually the wife or lady at the counter was very nice. I needed 100 deposit but My card kept getting denied for some reason. So when I went to their atm to pull out cash, it said 20 max so I figured I’d do it 5 times regardless of the 2.50 fee cuz I was desperate. When it spit out my card it said atm out of order. I thought my card was the problem but it was the lack of money the atm had which told me this happens a lot here. So I added the 20 to the 40 in my wallet and the lady’s eyes lit up and she said it’s ok we can take 60 for deposit instead of 100. Cash speaks louder than plastic or booking online here. Regardless, it Was very nice of her. The husband was clearly upset by this and tried to find any way to make up the other 40. He tried getting me for late check out, he knocked on my door every hour telling me I had to leave even tho I paid for 2 nights he said his system wasn’t showing my booking for 2 nights. Booking.com people were amazing and helped me thru this hard time. The motel was disgusting to say the lease and I soon realized nothing In the room was worth 100 let alone the 60 they took and did not give back. The husband came to my room for the 5th time and said come to front office and boom thru them next time not thru the app and this problem wouldn’t happen. So he was clearly money hungry and wanted money asap and called the cops on me who then escorted me to the office to fix the situation but by then I had been jaded, packed my stuff, and wanted nothing more to do with this scammer and low rate hotel that couldn’t pass inspection if they tried.
