We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was not very clean. The floors needed vacuumed and swept. Had to was out the shower myself and the kitchen sink was filthy. It has the potential to be very cute. They need to focus on the cleaning. We stayed in the exact room two years ago and it was great. Disappointed this time.
The location was great and it was pet friendly. The beds were clean and comfortable.

It was quite, bed was comfortable, the suite was large, linens were clean. While the accommodations were older and not totally updated, they were well maintained and met our needs.

United StatesThe room I booked was not available. Was told that the spa tub was broken and we were put in a different room without any notification of any kind. Was told that the room we got was the same price as the one we had booked. That was a little upsetting.
Had some problems with the plumbing but manager was on it . She got us a room change quickly. Housekeeping did amazing at having a clean room.

United StatesI can't really give a report on the simmer hotel, when we arrived we were informed that they had overbooked (even though I booked my room 3 weeks in advance) and they had to move us to a room in the Wamego Inn. The room we did receive was clean and comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot.

United StatesWe were given a lesser room than we paid for, there was no one on the property to help us, some other guests informed us to go across the highway to the other hotel and talk to the staff there as the other hotel had just acquired the simmer motel property. The staff at the Wamego Inn helped us move rooms. The jacuzzi king suite we stayed on needed some updating inside. The needs replaced jacuzzi; half of the jets worked, 2 of the 3 buttons were broken or missing, the tile around it was cracked and globby with caulk. The mini fridge is old and rusty, some of the lights didn’t work, had to wear flip flops because the carpet was filthy. No TV remote.
It was close to attractions. The outside is the property looked nice. The bed was comfy.

United StatesThe facility needs some updates, maintenance and cleaning. Overall was clean, but the tub drain was clogged with hair and not cleaned well or too old to look clean with the cracked surround. The small fridge had a broken freezer shelf. There were no wash cloths or toiletries. The towel rack leaned and towels would fall into the toilet. These are problems that could easily be addressed and greatly improve the customer experience.

While sitting on the toilet and to the right just outside door there was a dog 🐕 poop 💩 stain that was never scrubbed out of carpet. Disgusting.

I had stayed there last year same hotel different room and had a wonderful big fridge microwave coffee maker with cups. this room no coffee maker small fridge and there was a microwave. Bathroom had maybe 1/3 toilet paper on roll and no extra toilet paper in the room. sorry not enough for 4 adults and a child.

United StatesThis property was aweful. It was dirty. A package of hot dogs was left in the frig, beer bottle caps laying on the floor, a small blue pill and red pill found on the floor. Housekeeping obviously is unacceptable. Coffee pods but no cups. Woke up to no water. This facility is under construction but this does not mean the housekeeping should fail.
