Being charged $25 a DAY to park in the hotel parking lot.. this should not be a charge for the people who are paying good money to stay at the hotel

Hotel needs TLC. Mold on shower tiles and water drained very slow. Bathroom counter scratched and worn. Dining Table is porous wood which absorbed drinks, spills, very gross, did not wipe off smooth and clean. Sofa bed sheets full of crumbs.

The service in the hotel restaurants was lacking. When you wait 1 1/2 hrs for a hot hot dog something is wrong.

Room service was very poor. Our rooms weren’t cleaned until after 4:30 on 3 out of 7 days. On 3 separate days, there were no towels left in the room after it was cleaned. I notified the front desk the first time it happened. After over an hour, the towels never arrived, so I had to seek out the laundry staff and get them myself. The other 2 times, I tracked down a housekeeping cart and asked the maid if I could take 3 towels, since none were left in our room. She said OK. Additionally, on May 24, there was a heavy rain. We had a big puddle between the door and the bed. Also, there was no parking in the lot 4 out of 7 nights, so we had to park across the street.

I didn't like that I was charged extra for parking and it wasn't all paid at the same time. The that I paid big bucks for with sour. The mix was old. And the air conditioning in the room kept us up all night going off and on off and on.

Holes were not the pools were nice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

I was disappointed that beach chairs/umbrellas had an additional fee. Use of beach chairs were included in the daily resort fee. $45 per day was very high with an additional $75 for chairs and an umbrella. Many guests were upset about this.

Great pool with live music. It was great to have a kitchen area with a full size refrigerator. Daily use of bikes was a nice perk.

Bought an Ocean front View Room but all Ocean Views aren't created equally! Say executive Oceanview in the request. Very long wait in checkin lines! Checkin a night mare they keep you waiting hours for normal checkin times enjoy the beach & pool all good until your kids are tired you need a room to go too. some guest waited 4-6 hours to get to their rooms! Hire more maids and Staff immediately. one hour wait outside fine 4 hours in FL sun Nightmare if you haven't a tan or small children! Hot Spa Broken whole time I was there! unacceptable considering I've used it before! Rooms not What I Paid for in Advanced!

Right on theSt Pete beach! Has a Hot Tub for 12 people 2 swimming Pools too! bought a Ocean View Room but all Ocean Views aren't created equally! Say executive Oceanview is the keywords at this hotel. Front Desk Olga Made my stay so much better saved the Vacation for my Sisterand I very helpful so was First Day Melissa , Also Lady Priscilla who answers the Phone! very helpful ! Thank you Ladies Love the Rum Runners Beach Bar! Live Music was Great ! Love the Size of the Family Suite Room! The Mattress was Devine !

- I didn’t like that there is now a charge for beach chairs and parking and the nightly reception with free drinks is no more. This used to be included with the resort fee. Now the resort fee doesn’t really cover much. I don’t have small kids so the daily kids activities don’t apply to me. - The property is old and in need of updates - I’ve stayed here multiple times and have always had nothing but positive things to say about the staff. This trip started out very negative at check in with Lillian. She was very rude - she charged my card for the resort fees and when I tried to explain to her that the resort fees were included in my booking reservation so told me that that “never” happens and that I still had to pay them. I told her this has happened before and when I bring it up the check in person has always corrected this. She told me “Don’t get intense. this is check in. you can just dispute it at checkout”. so extremely rude. I didn’t want to argue with her so let it go and did dispute it at check out and Jared was amazing, looked at my booking reservation and removed the extra charges for the resort fees. This could have all been taken care of at check in if Lillian would have listened instead of arguing with me about it. - we had GREAT service from Morgan, Dominic and Cindy and Rum Runners.

Location right on the beach. Friendly service especially Austin who looked after the beach loungers and beach brollies single handed one morning. Room was comfortable with sea view.

Check in process was very slow and my room was not ready until four hours after check in. But they make sure to knock on your door at 9am the morning of check out so to remind you that you have to be out by 11.
