The room had no style. Very bland. Was there for 4 days would have liked the room to have been more warm more pleasant more pleasing to the eye.

No hot water until we talked to the front desk and they told us to run both sinks and shower to start Hot water. Seems so wasteful.

There was considerable confusion regarding the billing and credit card charges for the room with incorrect amounts being charged. In the end, it was all worked out to our satisfaction, but the hassle of it seemed unnecessary.

The breakfast was excellent and the nice woman who was responsible for it all was delightful.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The guest washing machines on our floor didn’t work and the dryer was broken which was a little inconvenient

Check in was at 3pm but our room was not ready upon arrival at 4pm and we were unable to get into our room until 5pm, which was very disappointing and inconvenient. The receptionist didn’t even offer an apology and was rude.

The shower drain was not working well and due to layout of shower for accessibility, the entire bathroom floor was flooded.

The location to the stadium was great. Breakfast was good. Maybe have a little more variety of fruit available.

Check in didn't seem to have a record that I prepaid with booking.com and initially asked me to pay again until I provided proof. Air cond unit made a loud clanking and I had to turn it off every night in order to sleep. Wasn't aware of a required $20 convenience charge. I haven't received a credit on my card yet.

Convenient location. Clean. Good value. I felt safe.Quiet except for air conditioning unit. I would stay here again though.

I thought it would be walkable near a town on Main Street. it wasn’t. But not their fault. I was not familiar with Frisco so it was just my bad assumptions.

The housekeeping service in my room. Due to Covid rules, you had to request cleaning for less than a four day stay. I only asked for cleaning one day. The young lady (failed to get her name) did not clean the shower area, face bowl, replace a roll of toilet paper, and/or sweep the bath floor or vacuum the rug. I had collected the trash, neatly assembled dirty towels and left a generous tip inside a Hallmark card. You would think she would have put forth additional effort but she did not.

The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location worked well with personal plans. Didn’t take advantage of complimentary breakfast however, it appeared to have a good variety.

The city will probably grow up around the hotel. Currently not very many things are in walking distance…….except the sports fields.

They have a nice, well organized hotel. Front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful during our stay.
