I have a very strange perspective to offer here: my husband got food poisoning the day before we arrived, so he literally never left the room. He couldn't have asked for a better place to be holed up in. This may be a boutique hotel but we were stunned at how updated, clean and spacious the room was. It's the perfect marriage between "charming aesthetic" and "modern functionality." We arrived 2 hours before check-in but they let us into the room early; easy and free parking in the back; all food and coffee in the room and lobby was complimentary; the room's carpet was clean and plush; large, comfortable bed; modern & clean bathrooms; cable and streaming apps on the TV; precise and swift in-room control of heat/air. Plus, it's located just off the main street, so it's a 1 minute walk to downtown or a 3 minute walk to a CVS or grocery store. I enjoyed the proximity to town so I could pop in and out and explore; my husband enjoyed the comfy bed, wifi/TV, and modern bathroom!

It's lost it's charm. They remodeled and now it just looks like any hotel room. One other thing...the bed frame has square edges of which I ran into twice, hence the bruise on my leg, poor design.

The location is perfect. The property was very clean and well lit. I would stay there again.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. Well located in town yet away from traffic noise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Already recommended to friends.

Unfortunately, like most hotels, they do not give enough cream for coffee. They must not want people to enjoy their coffee. Also, the bed was very firm. I slept well, but my wife spent half the night sleeping in the chair.

The room was tastefully decorated, in very great condition and very clean. Coffee and in room snacks were provided.

This hotel is a unique find! It is steps away from downtown Skaneateles where you will find awesome restaurants, shopping and parks with amazing views of the lake. The hotel itself is small and offers very clean, comfortable, updated room and bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely on our list for another visit.

The bed! It was very hard and not giving at all for our poor backs. A pillow top mattress pad would be highly recommended to make it more comfortable.

The location was absolutely perfect for our one night stay. It was lovely to have morning coffee by the lake. Staff member Pam was extrememly helpful in providing information about where to eat both dinner and breakfast.
