We are relatively tall guys, the upper bathroom was a bit smaller for us.

The gentlemen that checked us in was pleasant and humorous. He took time to show us some highlights of the area complete with two different maps for our use!! The bungalows were quaint and quiet. And it was a short drive into town!! Thanks for a relaxing weekend.

Nothing to dislike - however we were disappointed that we booked this room for the spa-tub (special upgrade for my birthday), but it spewed out pipe residue, making it unusable. Hopefully this will be fixed for our next visit!

This was our second stay, but our first time staying in the apartment. We loved that it became our home for a few days, with everything we needed. It’s just outside of town, but a very easy drive, and puts you right on track to explore the area.

Honestly, this was home without being home. Some serious thought went into setting up these bungalows. Everything we could need was provided. Real dishware, utensils, cutting board, and wine glasses. Robes, a little package with cotton balls, quiptips, a nail filer. Complimentary snacks and drinks were included as well. They went above and beyond, providing a list of restaurants throughout the area and things to do. Thank you, I will definitely be returning.

These are individual bungalows that are private and beautiful. They are secure and well lit. Parking is right at the door. You are minutes from downtown Skaneateles, but in a quiet location for sleeping.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like.

The property was very well maintained and very close to the shops and spa. There were complimentary snacks and drinks (pop, water, OJ) and I thought that was an amazing touch. Not many places do things like that!

We only didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t spend longer at the resort!!

We liked everything possible! However due to a four hour long passport problem at Niagara Falls/USA border we didn’t arrive at Skaneateles Suites until after dark, so couldn’t assess the surroundings (lovely!) until daylight as we were checking out! The amenities were good, beds really comfortable and garden surroundings beautiful!

Only thing I wish would have been different would have been a king size bed. It's a difficult to go from king size to Queens but queen size seems to be very common with most of the locations in that area

Cottage was super clean and definitely ready for us. Also we arrived late in the late check-in was a piece of cake. We didn't really meet anyone in the staff but also had no reason to seek them out. The entire property though appears to be very well kept and has been updated. I'm sure they're proud of their property.

We got in late and the late check in was so simple. As soon as we pulled in night security found us so we knew we were safe. The personalized touch. We brought our dog and they left biscuits for him. The staff was friendly and great. The drinks in the mini fridge when we got there were great after the 5 hour car ride we had.

The last night of our stay the unit next to us was loud, think it was guests who had attended a wedding. The mattress on the sofa bed, while new, wasn't that comfortable. An added mattress topper might help.

Beautiful grounds, easy drive to town, and free parking at their other location in town. The treetop unit was clean, very nice and spacious and the staff very attentive. The queen bed had a comfortable mattress and we appreciated the full size appliances in the kitchen setup which also included dishes, pans, and utensils.
