Water pressure in the shower.

We loved staying at this place. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Fully comfortable for all four of us and it was extremely clean and well taken care of. From the accurate listing description to the seamless check-in process, everything exceeded our expectations. The parking space is an additional perk as well. Ben was incredibly welcoming.

Downtown could be noisy at night, even from a high floor, but nothing could be done here

Amazing apartment on the 37th floor with an astonishing view and lots of facilities, free parking, fast wifi, fitness, pool, laundry and kitchen.

Homelessness around the area was a little unexpected but it doesn't take away from the overall experience.

Great apartment downtown, loads of amenities. Easy to get around as we had rented a car, plus had car park space included. Would recommend highly.

It was not at the exact address as seen on booking and there was a much smaller pool.

Very roomy corner apartment. Everything was provided to be able to cook. Nice bed, spacious bathroom. We liked it.

There was nothing I did not like about the place that could be changed. We walked to a few places during the day and once at night. My only suggestion would be to limit your time walking the streets in the area at night. It's typically that way for most downtown areas. The address you are given on Booking is a bit different from the parking lot access streets. However, the reviews were very helpful with that information, and we were able to maneuver well. The actual name of the building is Sentral.

We enjoyed our stay. The turnover from the owner was an easy transition, he was friendly, courteous, and informative. We rented a vehicle and appreciated the free parking spot. The apartment was spacious, I felt safe with the enclosed garage entrance, very clean, and met my expectations and I am extremely picky!! The place was beautifully decorated and accommodating in its amenities.

Awkward using the fob on elevator. Only one of us could go out at a time. Sheets felt thin, clingy.

Nice kitchen, clean, good seating at table. The pool is pretty and warm enough.

I love how Ben made everything comfortable for me . I felt at home. Parking was very private. Small house I would say apartment is definitely a couples get away. Had everything I needed as in bath stove oven and etc.

The view is just so amazing. The room faces the One Wilshire building in DTLA. If you have any reservations as to whether you will be getting one of the best views in DTLA, let this review serve as proof that you will indeed have a stellar view. The hotel room had all the amenities that you could ask for and more (just not a private bathtub) and it did not feel cramp. The building itself is very private, safe and clean inside. The gym is rather small, but had all the essentials (free weights, bars, cable machines, treadmills, yoga room, etc etc etc...) and we were able to have an adequately decent workout. The building also had an outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, study room, theater, etc... But out of all the places we've booked on booking.com, this one probably rates the highest due to the amazing view and cleanliness of the room. It was so amazing... Just a reminder, DTLA is not or will ever be an example of an area located in a utopian city. It is not clean anywhere in DTLA and there are always homeless people roaming around the streets so do not judge the room based on the location.
