Vacasa and their customer service was horrible on the phone prior to trip. I will not use booking site again unless it is well advertised that I am dealing with another company. Booking. com is fine, the other was not!!

some of the lights didn’t work and Wi-Fi in Master for tv kept freezing and there was a hot tub in our unit that was never mentioned but unfortunately it didn’t work

The second bedroom had two sets of bunkbeds, which was not clear from the description. I didn't get information on how to get to the place until the day of, around 2pm, and by that time I was out of cell range and couldn't get the email, so I had to call and get the address and code to get in. The lady on the phone was very helpful, but I had to be on hold before getting a person, and I should have gotten the information sooner than that. Once on site there should have been more instructions. For instance, they said the key to laundry room was in the lockbox. There were three lockboxes there, and no combination given. I eventually figured out that the random key in the kitchen was actually for the laundry/trash room. Also, we couldn't figure out how to work the television, as there were just three remotes on the coffee table, but no information on what remote did what.

The location was great and the master bedroom was very nice. There was a full kitchen that worked well for a small group. The wifi information was posted on a chalkboard and the wifi was good throughout the stay.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the property. Lots if nail cuttings on bath mat in one of the bathrooms, blankets in second bedroom looked grubby, toothpaste stains down bathroom cabinet, oven smoked out whole property when switched on to cook first meal due to large amount of oil in the bottom - expected a much higher level of cleanliness for the price we paid. There were some issues with noise from neighbouring property, mainly on the first day-this was greatly improved by us speaking to the manager at the property-we spent a considerable amount of time trying to deal with this through vacasa but they were not able to do anything at the point we needed it. This didn't get our stay off to a good start.

The check-in process was torturous for me. It required to make a phone call to prove my identity - which I NEVER had to do in any of my rentals via booking.com. They had their own rental agreement I had to sign, which I didn't expect. I'm foreign and thus - I have an accent. The identity-verification phone call I had to do was torturous for me. It took about half an hour (!!!) for me to complete this process, while sitting in my car outside the property!

The apartment is huge and has everything a traveler needs. Comfortable bed and a nice balcony.

Generally, the place is relatively worn down and old looking. 1. The door code was 10 digits long and timed out regularly. Maybe just use four or five digits. 2. There were only 5 towels in the place. We had a group of 6. 3. An extra set of sheets would be nice in case someone spilled water on their bed. 4. Provide a coffee grinder. 5. A new set of pots/pans and silverwear are in order. Throw out the old stuff.

The living room and dining area was very large with space for everyone. The sitting room in the master bedroom had great views.

There were only three adults in our party but the property description says it sleeps 6. The master bedroom only has a full size bed. A queen would be better if you're expecting two people to sleep in the bed. The bunk bed mattresses weren't comfortable and don't have a box spring. It really isn't a good property for just adults to rent. It would work for a family with kids because the kids could sleep in the bunk beds as they weren't comfortable for adults. The shower curtain liners were scummy with brown stains in both bathrooms so they should be replaced. The blankets are pretty ratty in the master and on the couch and one on the couch had a stain on it. Blankets and curtain liners are pretty cheap to replace. The carpet should be replaced at some point because it is stained. The note said to remove shoes, which we did but make sure you have slippers to wear as there would be no way that I walk in there barefoot. There weren't any instructions for the tv and we couldn't get it to work. Not a big deal because we weren't there to watch tv but there may be families who want to watch a movie in the evenings.

I loved the view. The sitting areas were nice and there is an outdoor deck as well as an enclosed one with a nice view. The kitchen was clean and equipped and the bathrooms were clean as well, with the exception of the shower curtain liners. Booking the room was easy although it showed a different apartment before I actually booked the room. Vacasa was great about communicating as I had questions after booking so I messaged them and I really appreciated thier prompt reply and all the text messages they sent with details prior to check-in and check-out. Check-in and Checkout was seamless. I would book with other properties they manage.

Guest room was falsely advertised as having twin beds. Instead, we found two double bunk beds with no box springs completely blocking the closet. Adults cannot sleep in these beds; they fold up like tacos. Kitchen was filthy; we spent a day of our vacation cleaning it. Jacuzzi was not repaired and locked away. No toilet paper holder in the master bath. Tables and pictures were broken or missing. Instructions said laundry key was in a lock box. We spent an hour trying to unlock three lock boxes to no avail. We have called and emailed. No response. $4,800 for six nights of this???

Not anything like the unit shown on website, beds were not were led to expect and all but one were horrible to sleep in, refrigerator froze food at lowest setting, stove and oven were worn out and marginally functional, kitchen ware was what one might expect in a college student rental apartment that was purchase at garage sales, baseboard heat was barely able to provide needed heat, toilet in one bathroom leaked around the floor seal, doors were extremely difficult to open and close. Website suggested walking distance to lifts - not so, but bus service worked fine

Awesome view, clean condo, great location go to OUSEL FALLS, close to supper markets store and restaurants, definitely we will come back there and stay in The Sky Crest again, the first time we got trouble with GPS to get there, but after the second time and the third time, we are okay Thanks for share with us your property

Beds are average at best and pillows are rock hard, with no option for softer pillows. Kitchen utensils and pans are desperately in need of replacement; most of the no stick fry pans are horrible.

Location is awesome. Lots of living space to hang out in. Perfect view of Lone Mountain right out the windows! Bonus 4 season sitting area off the main Bedroom is super.
