when checking in man at desk seemed perturbed that i didn't know i should have known to add that i had a dog. he could have been a little nicer about it.

Clean and frankly a bigger TV then what you see at other hotels. It was a great mid point stopping place for the trip we were taking.

The management is not very friendly. Was charged more than expected. When we requested more towels because 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths wouldn't work for 3 people he didn't seem very understanding and definitely didn't seem happy to provide the request. It was more expensive than I was expecting and, apparently, $25 per night was added for a third person in the room though that was what I reserved in the first place, 3 people, 2 queens. The motel was very nice for a motel but not a good value at the price we paid, which was higher than advertised. I couldn't get an AARP or AAA discount because I ordered online. It also would be good to have a trash can located in the seating area in front because the trash cans in the room are small. Bill came to $284 for 2 nights. Higher than the reserved price showed at Booking.com which is still showing $85/nt. Beware!

It was a good location. It was nice that the motel sits back quite a bit from the highway. It was quiet. It was clean and comfortable. Had a Kwik Trip near to grab coffee close by instead of using the coffeemaker in the room. Nice area to sit outside in front of the motel.

Mattress was a little warn out and not suitable for a 250 lb guy. My daughter said her bed was just fine.

We had our dogs with us and when the Smoke alarm beeped, early a.m., one of our dogs barked - one little bark. Turned out a person staying next door was disturbed. Not sure how but I know he called the Management to complain. Nothing one can do about the person's attitude but regardless, we are early risers and I'm guessing it wasn't the dog at all but rather our showering and getting ready for the day. So if anything negative, the walls between rooms might be too thin. I'd recommend the Motel.

Very hard water, tiny little bars of soap and shampoo. Lights in bathroom went out by themselves. Had to wave my arm outside the shower curtain to turn them back on. 🤣

The rooms were clean and the toiletries were amazing! Each room had a fridge and freezer as well as microwave. The beds were pretty comfy but they need to upgrade their pillows. There was also a great outdoor space to hang out with some bench swings as well as a playground for the kids.

I did not like that every few minutes the TV would freeze or cut out. It was like there was a storm but the weather was clear while I was watching it

The room itself was very musty smelling and wasn’t decorated attractively nor updated. The air conditioning unit sounded to be on its last leg and wasn’t effective at producing the temps I set thermostat on the a/c to operate at desirable degrees. It was older but price wasn’t bad for the place and staff was friendly and pets accepted with warm welcoming! I would return again to stay if I wasn’t with my children to vacation with and solo travels were the case again. The location is good with miles from Madison for easy access and convenient commute. No breakfast or coffee provided in reception area snd would be nice to have been provided in accommodation during stay.

Located in the countryside with large yard around motel to walk dog and enjoy the nature setting.

Maybe a longer tun lane off of the highway; it comes up kind of sudden.

Great shower. Noisy dogs, however, at 445am.
