The bathroom in the lobby was very dirty and had an odor at 11am in the morning.

Room smelled like cigarettes, fridge wasn't cleaned, had an open beer can in it. Was charged $15 for parking my car by valet, however it sat where I parked it the entire time. For the price of the hotel, parking should be free.

I liked that it was close to the wells fargo center. Staff at front counters are so nice!

I did not like that the beds sit on some type of tin/metal box spring, which makes a popping noise everytime you get on and off tthebed. They need to replace them with wood or something more solid Our frig was also broken and didn't realize it until the next day, by then, our milk wasn't any good or other food that we had purchased like pizza. I also didn't like that you have to pay for everything, nothing is complimentary, only a small cub of water...lol. Parking is limited so you have to do valet parking, which is $15 per day. They also need to upgrade their tvs because although it was an LG flat screen, the quality wasn't good st all

The hotel was clean and the price was reasonable alone the time we went and for the event. I like that it is right across thr street from an ice cream parlor which also sells food, Which was pretty good. Considering we just needed a place to sleep due to an event, it was okay and pretty good.

Location was prime to all of South Philly’s great bars and restaurants.

They did not come and refresh our room. We were there 3 nights and beds were not made-trash was not taken out of room during our stay!

The beds were good and the room was clean. The location was good to get to the stadium. You could get Uber to go anywhere in the city for a small fee!

Hotel was neat! Round hotel………never stayed in one before! We did valet parking included in the 15 dollar a night parking fee. Price was a little high, however Taylor Swift was in town.

We were told the bar was open till 10, at around 9:15 we went there for drinks and they wouldnt serve us beer even though we could see it in the fridge.

I didn't like that they didn't have any brochures or information about things to do in Philly and the Wi-Fi wasn't connecting to our devices. The coffee in the room was disgusting and the coffee in the lobby wasn't free.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient. However, I paid extra for parking when (I think) it should have been included in the stay.
