There was no soap in the bathroom, no available hairdryer and only 3 towels.

One of the beds in the room had no support on one side and we had to prop it up with trash cans or it flipped the other person.

I sent a message to the hotel stating these same things. 1 shower was dirty and had hair in it along with the fact the soap tray hadn't been cleaned in some time. 2. No toilet paper 3. Phone did not work so we could not inform staff of toilet issues and cleanliness. 4. Bathroom had not been swept 5. No user guide for the TV and wifi connection was not even good at all. 6. Pool was not open per note on front desk. The staff was nice and the breakfast was pleasant. We would have actually complained to the front desk had the phone been working but we were both exhausted and needed sleep so going down was not gonna happen. Overall I rate this stay as sub par and I would not refer a friend. I feel after our stay we would have had a better stay at a motel 6 or super 8. Will not be back and for the $150 we paid for one night I can clearly say wasn't even worth $75. If they would like to try to make it right by all means I'm open to that.

Clean on outside room looked clean but…. Bed cover was filthy dirty especially around the face area. Shower had good pressure but no water, tub still had hair around it and mold corners of bathroom floor were filled with dirt and hair

Just a few things here. (1) We were on the 3rd floor above the parking attendant's office. I do not think that the parking attendant and others realize that when they talk loudly, it echoes up to all of the rooms above. (Perhaps this is due to the shape of the building?) Each morning, starting very early and sometimes into the evenings, there were loud conversations, laughing, etc., for long periods. (2) There was never any regular sugar available for the coffee. We stayed four days; there was no sugar on any of the days we stayed. (3) Housekeeping came in once while we were there (we left the privacy sign up the other mornings), but they didn't provide any fresh towels. Our used towels were on the floor to indicate we wanted new towels. They just hung up the used towels. (4) Please add some URB charging outlets in the rooms.

The staff was wonderful. We met Jason at the front desk the first night. Jason was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. All of the staff were great. The room was very clean. The coffee maker in the lobby was wonderful! Loved having a latte each morning to wake up. Thank you!

The road work at on the highway created a lot of congestion while I was there. The only place to eat that I saw was a waffle house.

The shower water wasn't always warm enough or it would turn cold while taking a shower. One of the front desk receptionist could use coaching on their soft skills. The bathroom tub corners need to be cleaned better or replace the cork or grout..

The breakfast was hearty. The location was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable. Noise was minimal. Room service was good.
