Property is dated and room had a smell. Limited breakfast. Property seems to getting ready to make improvements.

Pool water not sparkling didnt seem clean although chlorine was strong. Dirt on floors like plaster maybe on floors in lobby and in elevators. For breakfast dispenser said apple juice but it was water.

There was no coffee pot in the room. The TV set up didn't fill the screen so it was hard to see some things, and couldn't adjust the brightness. This may not seem like much to you but it is to us. Feels like you really don't care. The staff was awesome, the room was acceptable but could be cleaner. Would I reccomend this to a friend? Only if they can't afford anything better.

Had trouble with the key every time i tried to go in my room. Took to the desk and ask for new key and was told the machine was broke and couldnt reprogram it. Went to get ice and both ice machines were broke. Had the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping knocked anyway, knob to turn the refrigerator up to keep things cold was broke, some of the tv channels were fuzzy.

mold on bathroom wall, dust on furniture (to include fabric furniture). they actually had pillows that were cut down to size (1/2size) to make the fluffy BUT were in full pillow casings so weird !!!!

All the staff except for the desk clerk only spoke spanish. You could not communicate with them. The hotel was old and needs to be updated.

The magnetic door on the side of the hall wasn't working. The grass was 3 feet high and there really wasn't a place to walk my pups. Other than in that or the parking lot. There were people cooking with a charcoal grill in the parking lot. That was a little low class, made me wonder what kind if a hotel we were staying at. Was it secure. There seemed to be a lot of locals in the pool with kids although the front desk told me they charge a $100 deposit for locals but if they get their money back then I guess there's no reason for them not to go and enjoy the pool. If it were just a charge of $100 I bet the riftraff would stop. We couldn't even get in the pool with so much going on. Overall for 1 night it was ok. The price was good. And having my pups with me is always a plus.

Location right off the highway was perfect for 1 night while traveling. The fee of $20 for my pups was ok. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was cold. Real eggs would have been nice.

There is NO WAY our room had a finished cleaning. toilet dirty, something in the sheets, trash on the bathroom floor, no facial tissue in the dispenser, tub dirty and mold growing.

The other reviews are correct. Black mold in the bathroom and on the reeking, musty shower curtain. Melted soap on bathtub. Dirty microwave. Food in the freezer. Floors not vacuumed. AC not working.

The hotel is older and could use some maintenance, such as re-caulking the bathroom tub. The front desk attendant also had to push open the door to the elevator, which made us very uncomfortable, so we took the stairs.

The breakfast was good and the area was week-kept.

while the beds were clean, the carpets had not been vacuumed, the toilet was not cleaned, and only 1 towel was available. the tub drain was extremely slow.
