Breakfast could have been better, but this style of breakfast is expected in a hotel. The eggs were rubbery and the biscuits were hard. It's still a notch above just a continental breakfast!

Very clean! and pleasant smell. A very good first impression! I loved the esthetics of the hotel lobby as soon as I came in. It had a very sleek retro-look! Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable!

The breakfast was fantastic. A nice variety of food and allowed us to eat and get on with our day. Kelly who was working the breakfast area was fantastic. She was very attentive to keeping everything filled and was a super nice person. She was always smiling and wanted you to have a fantastic experience. Kelly is someone I would hire in a second and I have hired a lot of people in the business world. I hope she is valued at Sleep Inn. I even heard a guest say to her "why are you so nice"?

Price wasn't honored, and although I was promised it would be fixed before my final billing, it never was. I still need to comb through my credit card statements to make sure we weren't charged by both Booking, and the hotel directly. As we've been extremely busy with a tumultuous move, I've not had the opportunity to do so yet. But they did charge me about $12 extra power night, and as mentioned, they did not fix it on the final statement. The last night we stayed was unanticipated, and because it ran into a weekend, we were charged MUCH more for that one! The beds were not very comfortable, in all honesty, and we could feel metal springs that were harsh, but the pillows were okay. There weren't enough towels for 3 people to shower, even though the room was rated for 4, as there were Two queen beds. I requested more, and extra bath mats as well, but only received a couple more towels. Water pressure was anemic, at best, and not refreshing, even as we were sweaty and exhausted. One of the reasons we started in a hotel was because the air conditioner was down in the house we were moving out of, and we really needed it to be good. I secondary would have been better just showing over there! And at one point, we did just that. I do wish there been an actual blanket, not just the comforter and sheet. The sheets were cheap microfiber, and they were both hot sleeping and not very breathable. Yet they didn't quite provide enough by themselves, and the comforters ended up folded beside the beds for the whole stay. The air conditioner fought to keep up, it seemed. It "worked" but not particularly efficiently

It was a good location for my needs. I stayed for several nights with my two teenagers as we worked on moving out of a home around the corner from Mills Civic. They did accommodate us at approx 1:am-- our requirements for a room with two beds, as one of the teens is a son, the other a daughter who slept with me, but my reservation made earlier in the evening through Booking.com, was "lost" and the price wasn't honored. I'm not entirely sure that was truthful, Since Booking shows my stay. Breakfast was decent the couple times we ate it. The room was alright. It was fairly clean.

The staff were amazing. Clean. Near the interstate. Breakfast was the normal, hot and cold selections. I would stay there again. I would recommend. I travelled with a dog. The room they assigned me was near the side door, so I could walk my dog more easily. Reasonable dog fee

Everything was great!

It seemed brand new. Everything was tastefully decorated and clean. Rooms were large. Staff was kind. Pool was small enough that I felt safe letting my younger son swim alone without an adult. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection of items.

It was a bit noisy due to little league teams staying there. But we were put in a room far from the foot traffic, so that helped.

Attention to detail with cleaning. I manage properties and look at entries, borders, corners - hallways edging - elevator trim/edges along floor - could use some steam cleaning. It's a pretty new property. Didn't dislike any of it - I just am a detail person and it's what I do......
