The pool needs to stay open later and the showers need warmer water it was just barely warm. Me and my girlfriend got a suite with a jacuzzi and didn’t get to use it because of the lack of hot water

The shower curtain was ripped an really needed to he replaced. Looked more than tacky. We also specifically reserved a room with a spa bathtub which helped with the relaxation and reason of getting away with the family. It looked dirty?.. hope they normally clean the jets routinely. I know in real life the maintenance of those are required for hygiene purposes.

Loved how friendly and informational the staff was. Always greeted when we came in to the room.

We used the sofa bed but when we requested bedding, they gave me an old blanket with a bandaid in it and sheets were clean, but had stains. At breakfast they ran out of milk for my child’s cereal and wouldn’t give us more though there was still almost an hour left before they closed down and ran out of several things like batter and juice. Hot tub was down which was a big bummer for us.

Staff was courteous and welcoming and gave us anything extra for our room we needed. Parking wasn’t an issue. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

It was almost impossible to get the desk on the phone (72 rings). Room phone didn’t work. Room smelled strongly of disinfectant. Pool not working. Jacuzzi not working. Breakfast not up to usual Best Western standards.

It was a good price, on my line of travel, and seemed reasonably secure.

“Heated” pool was cold. Mentioned to staff a couple of times. Was told heater was on. Mattress was too firm for me.

I think I’ve explained myself and the conditions. Thank you. The agent (manager) was very accommodating in amongst handle a difficult customer who attempted to taint my choice of staying at this facility. I’m a retired Police Det. And Federal Inspector. The staff did a nice job with the disgruntled customer and I asked if she completed he stay and was advised yes. I felt it couldn’t be too bad when you don’t leave. Lol

It was obvious that this property needed to be updated! Towels are well used but good and clean. The shower is old and needs updating, but works well. I’m taller and the shower head would be much higher if updated. Room and bed seamed to be clean and prepared for my stay. Property is located in the midst of several schools! I was satisfied

My spa tub did not work and I didn’t find out till Saturday evening and I didn’t want to have to complain and move rooms halfway thru my stay. I paid extra for a spa tub that did not work and my friend said he thinks he had that same room last time he stayed there and the tub was not working back than either. He stays there often. I am disappointed that it wasn’t taken care of the first time and I got the broken tub on my very first and most likely last stay. That was a very expensive stay.

The fire alarms went off early in the morning. There was no guidance or information given on what was going on or when it was safe to go back to room. Breakfast was terrible.

Well we had stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was the same all four days so a little bit of change would ha e been appreciated and the hot tub was not hot more like warm bath.

I liked the front and cleaning staff.The pool was a good size and my sin loved the hot tub.

Areas dirty such as elevator door and floor as well as carpet in my hallway. Breakfast was minimal. Suggested how to make a breakfast sandwich without all the ingredients being available, same with yogurt parfait. Only yogurt available. Pillows very uncomfortable.
