Very easy check in and check out process and the staff was nice and everything worked in the room and I usually make that a benchmark that if everything works in the room that the room is good so the room is good and I definitely will be coming back it's a good room for the price

The room wasn’t very clean and sheets didn’t seem fresh. I’m used to Motel6 but this didn’t seem up to the normal standard.

The receptionist was helpful.

Room cleanliness was absolutely poor. Stained blood on pillow. Marks on the toilet seat that needed cleaning off. Old food left in fridge. Staines on bedsheets. Weak aircon unit.

This is not in the best of areas. If the add on booking.com accuratly described this location I would have chose somewhere else to stay. The front desk is behind billet proof glass 24/7. You have to ring a bell then stand outside in 100 degree weather waiting for someone to help you. You pass them your credit card through a little slot while hoping you don’t get mugged in the parking lot. The rooms were kind of dirty, bedding was stained and the property is dated. There is another motel 6 closer to I-10, I would stay there instead.

A bit old, dark and the AC is extremely loud and old.

Easy and fast motel, that’s ok for a roadtrip but nothing more. Very cheap!

I think consideration should be given into putting a Loveseat or recliner in the rooms. There's a small table and two chairs, but not comfortable enough to lounge.

The fact that for 2 days I was charged quite a bit more. Was moved from one room to another. It was only 2 doors down, but once I put away my belongings I went to use restroom and it was not cleaned.

Love the online choices that are available. Also, that you don't request a credit card. We have the option to pay online or at property once we arrive.

I think after a few nights stay (consecutive) Motel 6 should either give you a free night or at least 50% off. Just a thought.

Housekeepers are very friendly and prompt when asked for something. The office staff has been friendly also, very polite and courteous.

We could not drive into the check in because the owner had his van there. He wanted me to go over the office step ramp with one side of the car to squeeze through. I didn't think I should have to do that, especially in my Prius. Sheets and bedroom spreads, although clean, had stains. Office doesn't open till 7am, so if you have to leave early, you need to buss them on the night window. Since, they open late, coffee in the room would have been nice.

The lobby was hot and the ice machine was broken. The check-in clerk was loud and interrupted me frequently. I hope there will be no repercussions against me for stating this. He finally agreed to call the other Motel 6 in town, and I stayed there, and it was very clean and the clerk was very kind.
