Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandWe booked from Ireland so I didn't have an American phone to call the rental company and they didn't respond to messages on booking.com so it made communicating difficult.
The cabin was really cute, the rental company had it decorated for Christmas with a tree and other decorations which was a nice touch. The hot tub was lovely.

United StatesThe only complaint we had with this cabin was the refrigerator didn't work upon our arrival. I called the emergency number that night and they said they would send someone out as soon as possible. No one showed up that night or the next morning. I ended up calling again the next morning and they said they would send someone over. Someone arrived within a few hours checked the refrigerator and acknowledged that it was not working. The appliance repair company didn't show up until the next day after that. We lost $200 worth of food and I have yet to see a reimbursement after I submitted everything to them (it has been 2.5 weeks). It was an unforeseen circumstance that created frustration and stress for us.
The cabin was situation on a 'mountain' road, but not too far from the main street. It took approx. 10-15 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg which was nice. The directions to the cabin that the property owner provided were a BIG help since GPS did not work well. The drive to Pigeon Forge was also not too far which was a surprise. The property was clean and included all the amenities and supplies listed. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the Netflix.

United StatesThere were no cabinets in the kitchen to place any food we bought for making meals. The kitchen counters were not big, and we had trouble preparing food. Most skillets were missing the Teflon from them. The trash cans outside were small and therefore we had to search for places to drop our trash. That became quite the challenge. The loft area with the bed is super loud as the noise downstairs echos up. The twin bed in the picture is in a dormer inside of one of the bedrooms and didn't have a door to it (it had been removed). Wasn't the easiest place to locate due to limited cell phone and needing GPS.
Beds were comfortable. Never ran out of hot water. Linens were plentiful. Office was nice when you had to call them.

United StatesThe shower downstairs didn't work. The TV upstairs didn't work. Plus I had to do alot of the cleaning or else you get charged alot. Seems like the cleaners don't want to clean.
It was close to gatlinburg and i liked the hot tub.
