it wasn’t what we booked. we booked a house with 3 kings, 1 full , and 2 twins… we had 2 kings, 1 queen and 2 rooms with 2 twins which was not on the description of house we paid for. they did give us a later check out at 1.

Close to Disney. home was big and spacious for our family.

When i arrived at check-in at 5:00pm (Check-in was said to be between 4:00pm and 11:59pm in the email that was sent to me) There was nobody there to check-in with. The property office was closed at 4:00pm. I was supposed to have been given instructions i.e the code to get into the property but nothing was sent to me. Imagine my panic when I had my whole family with me and no one on the property to speak to about getting into a place that I had spent $1,028.00 for! I had to call Columbia Management and luckily I was able to get a hold of someone who was able to help me out. They sent me an email with information for another unit on the property with the code for the door so that we could enter the property. I feel this aggravation could have been avoided if there had been someone on the property at all times. Also... the accommodations said two hand towels per bathroom. We were missing some hand towels and there was no laundry detergent either. I tried calling the property manager but there was no answer. I didn't have time to wait around and keep calling because my family had other plans to visit Disney and do other things on vacation.

I liked the rooms, the way they were spread out and the decor. The kitchen was well laid out and I liked that each family member had their own bathroom. The place was clean.

There was some minor issues such as poor drainage in some of the bathroom sinks, a problem with one of the rooms closet doors seemed to be off track

The overall look was very appealing ,easy entry and exiting, the home was very nice and spacious.

I didn't like that our property did not have patio furniture and also after we ran through the two garbage bags in the kitchen we had to buy our own. We had 7 people in our home so two trash bags were definitely not enough for 4 days.

I liked that every room had a bathroom in it and I did not have to share with my family. As this property is located in a central area with lots of stores, food options and shopping.

The television kept messing up. We had to call maintenance 4 times. They came once to fix it. They messed up again the next day and no one ever came back. I found hair in blankets in the master suite downstairs. The carpet was dirty. They need some shampooing. The sinks in the master suite downstairs have mold in the faucets we couldn't use them. We were going to pay the 65 to use the grills but they were dirty already. Decided not to use them. The house is beautiful and overall I would stay again if the service after hours was a little better.

The house was beautiful even though they needed cleaning a little better. The rooms were spacious. The staff I spoke with during the day hours were great and very helpful. The maintenance after hours was no help.

A situation that required another renter to leave the premises marked off with security tape was a bit unnerving for some in our party. But handled quite well by staff and police. Some other renters were boisterous at the pool.

Closeness to amusement parks, pool and hot tub, number of bedrooms and bathrooms , comfortable beds, great value!

My family and I have visited Summerville several times because we’ve always had a great experience. However, this time it was very different! From the time we opened the door it smelled like a pet was there and there were stains on the sofa in the family room area! There was stuffing from some sort of stuffed animal under the bed in the master bedroom upstairs! I has to clean that bathroom because there was hair left in the shower and garbage behind the can on the floor!!

Checking in was a nightmare. Trying to speak with rep was extremely frustrating. Using the docusign was annoying, difficult and intrusive. Columbia Mgt has no customer service support on site or easily available.

Everything went well. The rooms were a good size and every room had its own bathroom so we didn’t have to wait for a bathroom. We didn’t see any type of bugs anywhere. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal but we mostly ate out. We would stay there again.

The price was a little high but it's worth it.

I love the whole entire apartment! It was beautiful and roomy for 7 people. When I come back to Florida, I will stay there again.

Some of the Bed comforters were dingy. Not enough towels were provided and when I asked for more, I was asked in return how many I needed only to never receive them. Trash isn’t picked up like it should be which causes a mess. I also didn’t like that the morning of my leave, staff (a man and an angry woman) were parked outside in a black suv pointing and watching us as we packed up to leave in a very unprofessional and rude manner. This made my family very uncomfortable.

The main issues were cleanliness, when we arrived the living rooms were in disarray the floors were dirty we had to sweep and clean up what should’ve already been done. Our door code we were given didn’t work and neither did our WiFi user and password. They gave me the instructions, and come to find out the WiFi wasn’t even connected.

The rooms were wonderful.
