The employee at the reception was incredibly harsh and sullen. The woman looked like someone who had a fight with someone else and was trying to take it out on me. She really sucked. I asked for a lake view room, but they gave me a land view room.

The rooms were clean but the air conditioning was not working.location was great.

Our bag was stolen in an environment with those cameras. Staff were very insensitive and uninterested. Don't the cameras of such a hotel record? Can you believe it? We had to change rooms twice. Because there was a heavy and bad smell in the rooms

The bed waws terrible. No support and the quilt/bedspread weighed a ton and bothered my wife. The bath tub was slippery and did not have grab bars, so my wife was uncomfortable taking a shower or bath. $30 a day was unreasonably expensive - there were people hanging out in the garage at night that made us very uncomfortable, and the lighting was not good. We chose to leave the car at my daughter's apartment because the garage and cost was so bad.

Room seemed a bit out dated compared to other places I've stayed recently. Dirty windows. Price was not in line with expectations.

They allow you to bring your k9 companion. Nice view, good location. The cleaning staff was EXCELLENT.

The location is a bit further out if you're hoping to do some sightseeing around San Francisco and there isn't much for shops in the immediate vicinity. Great though if you are looking for a quieter location and don't mind commuting a bit.

All of the staff that we interacted with were wonderful and helpful. The older lady at the check-in counter that we dealt with was very nice and although she was a bit flustered from something with the group ahead of us, she did everything she could to make us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the server we had was really nice and quick to answer questions and provided great recommendations to make our experience more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed having the comfy bed and shower after a few days of camping.

I was very annoyed to be charged an additional $15 Facility Fee (+ tax) per day when I left. This is despite being told whenn I arrived that there would be no extra charges, I was ripped off.

Just a slight snafu at the front desk when checking in. First gave me a room # that my key didn’t work for, called down to the front desk and the person said no that is not your room number, then came up to give me a room key for my room but it was so amazingly hot in that room I had to ask to be changed to the other side of the building. They were very accommodating.

Everything was great once I got my “final room”.

you have to pay for parking and the gate doesn’t work and they have signs all over that they aren’t responsible for any break ins. so why are we paying for parking??

The elevator failed and someone was stuck in it. No staff around. No bellhop and I had to move about 6 suitcases myself. Blood stain on the bathroom door behind the door handle. I think the housekeeper missed it.

Mattress in first room was past its prime. Lady at front desk changed me to another room with a better mattress.

when we came in the bed looked like someone had just sat down, it was not well made which also makes you think what else was half cleaned.. and the couch pillows were just thrown on as well. we didn’t bother reception for another room but it does make one feel skeptical.
