I hated there is no refund policy due to having to leave early . also who ever stayed in up stairs condo started at 3am and ended at 5 making tons of noise .I Somone was remodeling the condo .

The fact I requested a blanket and it took over 24 hours to get the request. Even at one point was told they couldn't provide a blanket for the pull out couch.

we killed eight cockroaches in our condos kitchen. we were very uncomfortable and scared of taking pests home with us. i considered packing my family up and leaving early. very upset and won’t be back. we have reached out to customer service and have not heard anything back, which infuriates me even more.

They left us out for three hours in the rain well we were supposed to check in at 4 PM on the August 30th. We check in at 7 PM. Extremely not happy.

The check in time at 4pm is a major inconvenience. Most reputable establishments allow check in at 12 noon and no later than 2pm. We were charged for the full day, and couldn't check in until after 4pm, but received several text messages during our stay regarding the 10am check out time! There were no staff members that represented Vacasa on sight to address our issues. When you call the 800 number, the agents are rude and disrespectful. I will be giving the absolute worse review on Yelp, Google, FB and Instagram. The bathtub had been re-glazed and is extremely slippery, definitely a fall hazard for anyone who steps in the tub/shower to take a shower. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There were only 4 clean face towels to accommodate 2 people for a 4 day stay. The sofa was disgusting with stains that would not allow us to sit on it, without covering it with the spare set of sheets. The rug in the bathroom was absolutely filthy, to the point of not wanting to stand on it, even with shoes on! The Ice maker didn't work, and the dryer needed to be cleaned out (before use) to prevent a fire hazard. Considering the amount of money we spent for accommodations, I feel we did not get what we paid for and could have rented something much nicer and cleaner than what we received from Vacasa. I will NEVER rent from Vacasa again and will tell everyone I know. Your customer service has much to be desired. Next time we visit Destin, FL it will not be a Vacasa rental. We spoke with the nice people at the office of Sandpiper Cove and were informed that they had nothing to do with our unit that was rented through Vacasa. Now I see why... My husband and I were here celebrating his Birthday and our 25th wedding Anniversary.

That I called booking.com and that's vacasa and both of them did nothing to help me the pictures on booking.com but not the condo when I got there it ruined my whole entire trip a trip that I got engaged on

It could have been okay if there was only two people on the trip it was a one-bedroom condo very small when I ordered and look at something completely different it was supposed to have three more beds and two bedrooms

The traffic inside the resort was busy because of the restaurant. I would have liked to a assigned parking spot for the condo we had rented. I would have enjoyed having a hot tub in the pool that was closest to the condo we had rented.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was well kept and clean and close to the beach.
