Breakfast sucked. there was none. coffee only. what a joke to say breakfast. The room is ok, but it's amazing that the bathroom mirror have yet to be fixed. They were mounted by a complete moron who set the top edge of the mirror at 5 foot 2, only someone shorter can use the mirror. That sets the stage for what a joke this place is. no breakfast only coffee. How can you even use the word breakfast. Lots of stray characters hanging around the lobby, poor image. Lots walk thumping, door slamming while I was there. walls or floor need some sound proofing.

my room did not have a microwave (had an empty spot where it should have been), the thermostat didn't work (it was 62 degrees, when I had the heat on set for 70) and the adjoining door to the neighboring room on the upper level looked like it had been broken in to.

Bathroom is not clean still hair on the shower wall and they do charge your card before you check-in also add the deposit before talking to you and they was charging wrong amount on my card glad my bank caught it and declined.

The room was more than I expected, for that price, I thought it would be a regular hotel room, but I was surprised when I found myself in a duplex apartment! It was worth every single penny! The beds are so comfortable! The space is very nice and big, 1.5 baths, a living room, kitchenette, two beds, bathtub... Just awesome ...

I booked my reservation for 4 adults, but the room was only stocked (towels and toiletries wise) for 2 people. 45 minutes after check-in, another group of guests walked into our room because the front desk gave them our room number - a simple mistake, though! We could not connect to the wifi and multiple calls to the Front Desk went unanswered. Lastly, before I arrived I requested early arrival and late check-out as I was coming from Michigan - granted I arrived at original 3pm check in time anyway due to traffic, I was told on the phone the latest I could check out was 1pm, but was then told differently by housekeeping and another staff member (at different times) in the morning. I felt as if we were being rushed out, yet I could not get ahold of someone between 2 days for more/fresh towels or to locate the ice machine, since ice buckets were provided in the rooms.

The location was good and the rooms are very cute! Definitely nice to have the extra space when rooming with 4 people.

I originally booked a larger suite but eat but was told upon arrival that there were none of those available even though I had booked weeks in advance and had to stay in a smaller room. The desk staff tried their best to overcome what I suspect is a flawed booking system and/or management and were able to give me a comp on the rate for my troubles though.

Everything else. The carpet was dirty and old. The bed was very low. The furniture looks worn out. The air-condition upstairs wasn't working. I asked for a king size bed because I am six feet five inches tall. They give me two double beds without telling me at the front desk. Not good customer service.

Did not honor the reservation. Reserved an accessible room and they could not or would not provide it. No garbage can or ice bucket, even after they said they would bring us one. No microwave even though it was advertised. Wifi was patchy at best. They literally called me after we had already checked in and unpacked to tell me they had overbooked and were cancelling my reservation. A very unprofessional hotel. I would not return or recommend it to anyone.

Nothing. I reserved an accessible room well in advance, and then called a few days before to ask for early check in, which they said we could do at 1:30. I arrived and the room was not ready and would not be until 3, normal check in time. They also could not or would not have an accessible room for me. Two of my traveling companions have mobility issues. There was no microwave even though it was advertised. Wifi was spotty at best. There was nothing to like here.

the experience was hell, we had activities all day in New-York but once we got there around 01:30 the attendant told us that we couldn't have our room because of an electrical problem, but , for sure, he gave our room to someone. in the end, after calling the police he found us another hotel and we had to sleep around 3:30. It was a bad experience and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
