The place is in absolute dire need for an overhaul. The furnishings were very old, the carpet had a huge stain on it -- huge -- and should have been replaced and the tub did not drain, so by day three, none of us could shower. We would like some money back as this was a very expensive place at almost $700 a night after taxes and even the furnishings were uncomfortable and made our stay less than celebratory and this was my 60th birthday. It just was not OK at all!!

Well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Just a ten minute safe stroll to Nashville broadway and with a pleasant well managed bar- “the Goat” next to it. We had a problem with the coffee pot that was resolved very quickly and efficiently

The location is great! Property is clean and comfortable. The building was secure with PIN code entry into the building and then into the room. We used Uber to get into broadway - roughly $7-$10, but can be walked in 20 minutes! Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Needs a designated smoking area and you should also notify your guest if they are driving to Nashville that you have to pay for parking

The apartment needed just a few more things to make us feel at home: hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels, bottled water upon arrival, extra wash cloths (there were 4 of us and only 1 was provided). I had to hunt for things. I didn't find the earplugs until the morning we left- they were under the kitchen sink. The laundry detergent was also under the kitchen sink.

I actually liked the location. It was walkable to Broadway and The Goat and The Listening Room were so close and convenient. It felt secure.

Great location, within 15 min walking distance from downtown. Clean. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay. Dedicated parking spot in the adjacent garage. Overall, great value!

One little improvement I'd make would be to have some thinner pillows available, just because this is a personal preference. Other than that, this place is perfect.

The apartment is huge, it has every appliance you can possibly need, everything is in place and it was super clean. For the price I was paying I was expecting one issue or two, but I surely didn't expect such a great place. Absolutely no problem, easy to get in and out and well located for a tourist.

Honestly very little to dislike - the appliances were a little bit basic but that is to be expected. We were not driving so did not care about parking - there is a parking garage in the building, but I think it is not open to Sonder residents. There looks to be decent on street parking around.

The apartment had everything we needed to cook and hang out and was spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and modern and the kitchen came with plenty of plates, pots and pans. Also wifi was good (I was getting around 100-150mbps). The location was very good, a short walk to a convenience store (DGX) and Broadway/Johnny Cash Museum/Country Music Hall of Fame. Also pretty easy to get to the Gulch or elsewhere. We ended up staying a whole day in the apartment because of the weather and we felt right at home! We even had our friends drop in for an evening and they were impressed at how comfortable and well furnished it was. Spare items (toilet paper, kitchen refills, etc.) were available in a room on the same floor as well on a help yourself basis. Also, very convenient to have a cafe/bar/restaurant in the building (The Goat) that is open almost all hours.

Everything felt cheap, no real welcome letter or any kind of personal touch, good if in a budget, but I would have happily paid more for higher quality. Shame gym access is done daily & at a high rate, not an add on option to your booking at a set price for your stay.

I never got to see it, I spent the whole day trying to check in with their online person less check in system but it did not work, 13 hours later I forced them to cancel my booking and booked different accommodation

Ask for a early check in, staff attempted to charge me extra and then our door would not open early. Never got a code to get in garage, TV didn’t work for hours.

Nowhere but paid parking for car.Code wouldn’t work on door at arrival called no help couldn’t reset lost contact with supposed help and they never called back to see if we got in or not.It was late evening we had graveled from Florida and finally guests showed us how to get in hitting a delivery button. so the delivery people could get in, but we couldn’t.very loud traffick noise,right by a fire station so Saturday night we heard sirens all night.electrical problems,our lights came on twice at night time. other customers told us not to use the stairwell because we might get locked in there.etc

An app request for wash cloths at 8:09 AM was fulfilled at 6:11 PM. A subsequent in app request for an ETA on delivery of the wash cloths was made at 9:36 AM, and another in app request was made at 12:48 PM to get the wash cloths because guests were waiting on them to shower and get dressed. Each request was met with responses that indicated the request was being assigned to someone and would be fulfilled shortly. It was very disappointing that it took over 10 hours to fulfill a (seemingly simple) request for additional wash cloths to match the number of guests on the reservation. Additionally, the speed of the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms seemed to be pre-programmed to increase the speed from 1 to 3 sometime during the night. We went to bed with a setting of 1 (which we confirmed with each other before going to bed) only to awaken to the fan going at the 3 speed during the night!

The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The den area was also comfortable.
