The room decor is too ordinary. I would like to see some unique designs that can speak to how Sonder 21 is different from all the other hotels.

A few areas could have used a bit more detailed attention as far as cleaning and general maintenance.

Blinds are a bit flimsy, I feared moving them because they seemed to be very fragile.

Location is nice, if the pool was open, would be a great option, but during my stay it was closed for renovations, I liked the full size mirror in the bedroom, washing machine and dryer are super helpful as well.

All the access codes were a little confusing but customer service was helpful. Access to TV was beyond our skills.

Poor replenishment in the storeroom, there was no toilet paper at the end of our stay.

1) Property details said our rental came with paid parking, I didn’t get a reply so just paid. 2) kitchen faucet very loose. 3) toilet seat very loose and also runs. 4) bedroom door doesn’t stay open. 5) very heavy perfume scent 24/7 in lobby of V21 building. Overall great experience.

Room 234 is on the ground floor with many people passing by to/from bars, etc. through the back alley area. It was very noisy off and on until 200A or so. The resident directly above us (334?) was incredibly loud. We could hear the person stomping (not walking, but stomping) continually to and fro until very late—one evening, we were awakened by the stomping at 313A. Perhaps the resident trains elephants in the unit. We returned home thoroughly exhausted due to very little sleep and being continuously awakened by street and upstairs neighbor noise.

Conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and well-situated for access to Belmont commencement. The unit was sparkling clean.

The noise from the above tenant was extremely loud- heard every footstep. Elevator was down the last day but staying on the 2nd floor so stairs were fine.

The location was excellent! The amenities were awesome – pool, workout facility, kitchen, and washer and dryer included.

I found the access using passcodes a bit of a pain.

The location is very good. Out of town, nicely in the Hillsboro region. A very nice area near the Vanderbilt University.

The TV did not have anything you could watch unless you Stream your own subscriptions. I do not have any subscriptions and thus the TV was useless. The was extremely disappointing.

Area was great but basement parking was very dark.

Our room 204 was on the ground floor level with a rear car park for an adjacent bar.. we could not use the balcony or open the curtains as there was no privacy .. also staff from the bar used this area as a smoking place..!! I complained and asked to move but Sonder staff said that I would have to rebook thro booking.com. I said I had booked the room 8 months ago but appeared to have been allocated the worst room in the complex .. Sonder said room assignment was automatically done .. because of this I would not book there again .

TIP: the car park is currently free - barriers and tickets machines are not working so anyone can park there. They tried to advertise us pre-paid parking for $20 per day which would've been a complete waste of money. A fair amount of wear and tear in the apartment. For example, the sofa was very worn. The photos are not representative - maybe it looked this fancy when it was new, but it's several years old now.

For the price, a good place to stay. Massive bed. Lots of space. Everything in working order. Felt safe. Great location.

Could use a TV in the master bedroom, and a dresser for clothes storage. Some pillows on the couch to make it more comfortable. Elevator was down during the start of our stay till the day before our departure. At least service elevator was available.

Last time we used Sonder in New Orleans the photos matched the apartment and it was FABULOUS this time it was a let down… but still enjoyed it… not what we thought we’d paid for poor advertising at best misleading for sure…

The towels were dirty and the floor as well. The balcony was facing two huge garbage containers. The walls were really thin and the ceiling lamp shook as people walked upstairs.

The apartment was nice and roomy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfy. Overall the apartment was clean.

there is no staff. Its contactless and the software to check in delayed checking in by 1+ hours beacuse the registration links were not working. Had to get a tech to resend link like 3 times minimum.
