The room has poor lighting

No real facilities. Hot tub was broken and no one fixed it. Also when working was full of small children. This is a health issue. No one keeping an eye on pool area at any time.

It would have been better if there was more light in the room, perhaps a ceiling light. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that the pool closed for a couple of days on Easter weekend and the hot tub which closed for extra day!

We loved the majority of our experience. Easy access and check-in to our room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great having access to fresh linen/towels when needed. Great location for Disney parks. We would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

The A/C unit is inside the room, blowing air directly to your face and making lots of noise

Hot tub cold all but 1 day of our weeks stay

The room floor was clean but it had a substance that stick a some fine dirt which was a bit annoying.

The hotel lived up to its expectations. Location, room size and pool would be my highlights.

The rooms were extremely dark, during the day it isn’t so bad because you can open the curtain but at night it’s very hard to see in the room. I also wish the pool hours were later, I would have loved to enjoy the hot tub into the evening. Closing up at 6:30pm when the sun is still out seems silly.

The contactless check in was easy and faster than dealing with a front desk staff. Rooms were clean, pool area was lovely!

PLEASE ADD SHEER CURTAINS! The room had this amazing huge window, but that meant everyone could see right in! We felt like we were in a dungeon with the curtains closed all the time. We had an ADA room, so I'm unsure if this issue is relevant to most rooms, but the bathroom counter was quite small. It would also be very beneficial to add some sort of small light to the closet.

The room was very nice and large! It was nice to have a hot water kettle. My mom is a tea drinker and we've never stayed at a hotel that had a kettle before. Bed was really comfortable as well. We had no issue grabbing supplies from the lobby. The hotel is very close to all the Disney parks, our Ubers were ~$12 each way.

it could be a better information about the check in specially when is late late at night. I know the information was provide but as the hotel send so much information is easy no to catch the code for access.

Very old and run down, the elevator was old and slow. Rooms were clean but old and run down. Made it not feel clean :/ beds were small and pillows were small.

Great location, friendly staff and security on site! Vending machine outside was handy for water late at night.

Main point: missing strong bright light in the rooms, there were 3 orange-ish soft lamps but it did not lighten the room enough, there was no normal ceiling light. The pool bar was closed and music outside was often turned off which gave it a bit a dead feeling.

Amazing location, rooms are big, great bathroom. Laundry room available with tumble dryers for 3 dollar per wash/dry. I think it's amazing to have this! Very good iron and iron board. Staff was very nice, eventhough they did not speak English, they always smiled and helped wherever they could. Beds were very good size and super comfortable!
