I feel like the landlord could at least provide basic things like vinegar, oil and some spices.

The location is amazing. The apartment was quite new, spacious, and with huge windows. Also, it came with many good facilities.

Wish there was a pool or game room. Parking for very expensive. 27 each night and then about 22 anytime you go in and out throughout the day.

Two outlets in kitchen by microwave did not work! Directions for tv HDMI connection were incorrect as HDMI was plugged into HDMI 2 not 1. Maybe could have used a few more cooking utensils and pans. Didn't have spatula to flip eggs?

Only complaint, furniture is so low,hard to get up and down from for taller person. Also beds were very firm. Living room area seems bigger in photos.

The parking was a pain, though the biggest reason wasn't necessarily on the hotel it was the Minneapolis Parking app. It just doesn't work. Having to constantly be on meter alert was not enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest for the hotel is a small breakfast option. Maybe some muffins or packaged pastry of some kind to enjoy with your coffee in the A.M. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Everything was overall a good experience with the stay itself. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Location was excellent, close walking distance to many places. I plan on staying again this spring/early summer and enjoy the roof top amenities.

Furniture could have been chosen for comfort vs style - a great sectional is so much better than uncomfortable sofa and side chairs. Because there is no hotel lobby store or vending machine, would have been nice if some bottled water left in the refridgerator for later night arrivals.

Water pressure was a little light but they were planning on fixing it a week after we left. The Mattress was a little hard but we slept well enough.

This was a great facility. Great location in the North Loop just a mile from downtown ! The apartment itself was nice & clean with all the necessary amenities, including washer and dryer, microwave and fridge, all of which we used. Even had a nice balcony.

for some of the time lots of noise from the apartments above me, loud and frequent walking noises, super annoying. Yes it was quiet at night but super annoying all during the day and late into the evening. Nothing they could do about it of course.

Living room was very cold. We cranked up heat, so it was bearable to sit out there, while bedrooms were very hot because of cranked up heat.

The view from our room was of an alley, but we weren't promised a good view.

The apartment was well furnished, large, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The building was quiet. We definitely experienced the stay we were expecting. Being able to Chromecast from my phone was a nice plus. The neighborhood is the nicest one in Minneapolis and the apartment was a much better value than a hotel would have been.

The shower heads could have been better since they did not have good water pressure. Our view from the one bedroom was not the best but not a deal breaker.The parking price was 25 dollars a night which I thought was a bit pricey but it was convenient as it was within the building.

It was a perfect home away from home. It was clean and had amenities that gave it a home feel.Everything was within reach in terms of location, we were by a Whole foods , Starbucks and a few restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay !!

- You will have to pay about $24/day (depends on how often you take your car and for how long). There is a parking lot right inside the building with the room. But it’s not included with the room rate and you have to pay. And I was not able to find any cheaper alternative nearby - Since you park as a non-resident of the building, there is no guarantee that you could find a spot on the parking lot

The apartments are in a very new condition including the common place and elevator. They are located in the center of the city, everything is couple minutes away!

It would be a lot easier if parking was also managed & booked by sonder. The fact that its a different app with different customer service was annoying. Also because I made a mistake I over-paid for parking.

The location is very central, the building is new & the apartment too. Nice modern decor. Full kitchenware for cooking. When we had a small issue with toaster it was replaced in less than 10 minutes.

the codes to get in were not completely explained. It was just numbers and one of the guests exiting the building had to explain entering the pound key and check mark after the codes.

The parking was a pain. It was difficult to reserve the parking and they required you to purchase parking in 3 day increments and I only needed 4 days.
