It smelled and no TV. Elevator broke down. Had to carry all our luggage down 5 flights on stairs. No one spoke English. No help either. We only stayed 1 day. I'would like a refund. We got a hotel room and enjoyed our vacation.

I am shocked at this location- booked because it said it was a great location- it was horrible!!!! Located next to weed shops , liquor stores, vacant lots loaded with trash, bars with blaring music so loud it sounded like we were in the front row of a concert inside with the windows closed 3 stories up , homeless people sleeping below, the alley to get to the parking garage loaded with graffiti and trash along with several very sketchy individuals, parking was awful- very few spots and so small and tight to get into, paper thin walls , sounded like we had competition cloggers above us, customer service was horrific-would never book again or recommend, actually shocked this property is allowed on the site. Floor turned your feet black, and towels were stained. Lights burned out in bathroom. Most windows faced a wall about a foot away, one overlooked the trash and a bar, patio small, absolutely filthy and boxed in with a wall and only 2 chairs for a space for 10 people. Obviously there was no lobby, pool, on site staff, or onsite restaurant, apparently I just need to stick with a resort type hotel.

The space inside was as advertised, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- and they were nice for the most part. Bathrooms were huge for a “hotel” type place. Nice kitchen, roof top patio, washer and dryer in unit, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, coffee maker , toaster, full refrigerator, ( no ice maker) nice dishes, had some basic toiletries provided.

The room's air conditioning didn't work and we slept in > 80 degree temps. The floors are incredibly thin, the children staying above us were not on a regular sleep schedule and were incredibly loud during the day and night. The parking was also incredibly cramped beyond the point of being useful.

They would not let us in casue credit card I used did not match my credit card. I asked to switch to my credit card, and they said no. He told me to re book so I would lose my money. People told me everyone has trouble with them in would definitely not rent from them. They do many other cheaper places that include parking

I accidentally left a pair of oakleys on the bathroom sink afterwards checkout and was unable to retrieve not the apartments fault at all... just wish I could have been able to get them back

I could EVERY single foot fall in the hallway and from the room about us(stayed on the 3rd floor). It was constant. Sounded like construction zone was right above our heads for the entire 2-3 days there. I sent a message about the noise and was told it wasn’t tolerated but never did it stop. Would be better with either more insulation or some kind of noise buffer.

It was cleaned well and had plates n glasses and utensils and pots and pans. Nice refrigerator and dishwasher. everything worked well and was really appealing to the eye.

1. Hated, hated, hated the sliding doors between the bedroom and bathroom and bedroom and living space. The doors did not close all the way, offering zero privacy. There just should never be sliding doors leading to the bathroom. 2. When we first arrived, there was an overflowing garbage can in the parking garage, just outside of the entrance to the lobby. It was emptied two days into our stay, but was overflowing in less than a day. I get that people are cleaning out their cars, but maybe put a bigger garbage can out. 3. A unit on our floor was cleaned, but the laundry/garbage stayed in the hallway for over a day.

Great location - very walkable to many things, particularly restaurants. It was a short drive to many other attractions. For the most part, the unit was clean. The only reason I didn't give it a top score is because there was some smeared butter on a shelf in the refrigerator.

This place sacrificed function to its aesthetic. The sliding barn doors didn’t actually close, there were two inch gaps all around you could see through and the latch kept falling apart. The shower was not enclosed, just separated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass half wall. So there’s nothing to keep the heat in and you’re standing there freezing and exposed your whole shower. The shower has no grab bar or other accessibility feature, the fan in the bathroom isn’t strong enough to be functional, and there seems to be nowhere except the bathroom that the fans are not blowing directly on you when the cooling system is on.

The place was super clean, the keypad entry worked flawlessly and we had zero problems checking in or out. Bed was comfy with clean luxurious feeling linens. The place looked cute and updated and super close to everything you want to see in Nashville.

The room was very dirty. The sheets had hair, dust, and dirty marks all over them. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had toothpaste stains on it from the guests before us.

The location was convenient for us. The room was big enough for us. It was convenient check in and check out.
