Very convenient location, large room with full kitchen and room amenities, good value for money. Has luggage lockers to store your bags before check-in or after check-out.

The view was a car park, the only negative. Everything else positive far outweighs that.

What a fabulous apartment. Spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The apartment block itself has lovely communal areas. Fabulous location. Walkable to most attractions. Would 100% recommend.

I wish I could have checked in earlier without being charged extra. We arrived early and hoped to check in and freshen up but couldn’t. A friend booked theirs through Airbnb and was able to check in at 10am without being charged extra.

Really cute property and in a wonderful location. The locker storage was convenient.

I would perhaps have liked a safe deposit box in the apartment.

Wonderful location ten minutes walk from Broadway and close to restaurants and bars, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle not to be disturbed at night.

Would have been nice to have a pre-paid parking discount, and a luggage cart.

All necessary amenities provided, & the overall building space felt comfortable & secure. 10-15 min. walk to most major venues, (Broadway bars, Ryman Theatre, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena), with a seemingly numerous number of e-scooters available for rent throughout the center city area. Other interesting spots, (Bluebird Cafe, Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden, Parthenon, microbreweries), are within a 10-15 min. drive/ride.

Our apartment was in a semi-basement with tall, small windows with hardly any natural light, and there was only two in the living room-kitchen area. There was no window in the room.

I’ve liked that the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and the building is quiet too. The bed was comfortable.

It was a very big empty building in a very dead part of town at night. It was creepy on my own!

The suite was massive and essentially split into 2 spaces.

The parking was an unforseen expense. The parking ramp right next door to the building was the one identified on the check-in page. It was 48.00 night. This was pretty steep in comparison to the one at the library one block away, which was 10.00-20.00 a night and offered more spaces and was more clean.

The location was great. The building and unit were nice. The hallway walls had alot of marks which took away from the overall appearance and gave the impression of it not being as clean as it actually was. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

It's quite a late check in at 1600 as standard , we arrived early at 1400 , our room was actually ready but you still couldn't access it too 1600 , you can pay 20 dollars in advance to guarantee an early check in , I get that this guarantees you an early check in but I'd off thought if the room happens to be ready on arrival it would be OK to check right in.

The essentials was not stocked with face towels which was only a little inconvenient. We made due until they were delivered to our door a short while later. Also, the lighting could be improved (brighter) in every room.

The downtown location was ideal and the property also offered a good amount of solitude. It was clean, private, safe, and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. The in room washer & dryer was useful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the studio layout was spacious & functional. We will definitely rent with this property again.

No staff on site, virtual check in took several minutes to get inside the hotel. It was cold and very windy while waiting. My hanging clothes blew down the street and got dirty.

No onsite parking but parking was available a short distance away.

Very clean. It was quiet and comfortable. It was in a good location. Within a reasonable walk to Broadway. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we came in the lobby we were greated and given directions to our room.

The parking instructions need to be revised and be made very clear prior to booking that no onsite parking is available. There is a parking garage right next door but the parking instructions stated to park a couple blocks down the street. It will cost $50 per day to park anywhere in the vicinity. This should also be made very clear prior to booking.

Parking is a little difficult. Also, walls in hallways and rooms had quite a lot of stuff Mark's but otherwise a great place.
