The carpet was dirty with something like blood. The elevator was too crowded (because one of the three elevators didn’t work. The parking spaces were limited. There was an additional lot, but I didn’t feel safe to park there.

Had trouble with regulation of air conditioning control..didn’t work! Wanted to shut off due to noise it made and I couldn’t ..controls not working in room, nor on the unit. I called to front desk but no one sent or followed up…fan kept me awake…

Comfortable bed. Clean, nice dinner in dining room. Free shuttle to airport. Tv in room.

The fact I had to pay to park at a hotel that I’m already staying at is annoying,but apparently that’s common with down stairs.I didn’t like they allowed pets

Hallways smelled like mold, elevators were super slow, I don’t think you should have to pay for parking and the rooms were horrible compared to the lobby. It didn’t make sense to have sick a nice lobby and motel vibe rooms

There was one person at the front desk that was a bit rude in the morning, she was preoccupied with my pet and where my room was, even though it was not my fault and i had no idea I wasn't supposed to be in the room I was assigned.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The power was out when I arrived because of a storm, but the staff was still helpful and efficiently checked me in. It was an excellent location for my service animal. It's really close to the airport and convenient.

The beds a bit small for two adults in a 2-bedroom and the pillows were super unconfortable

The linen on the beds could be better. There was no complimentary toiletries. There is no microwave. The refrigerator was in the corner and not plugged in. The bath tub would hold water when you take a shower and when I called to report it , no one ever came to repair it. There is no complimentary breakfast and you pay to park.

Location is close to airport. The room was quiet.

The room carpet was not and the remote control disgusting.

The bed and linens were clean. The check in was fast, very efficient person at the counter. The shuttle runs every 30 min starting 4 am, and it is on time.

My connecting flight was canceled late at night and I was relieved to find a hotel room close to the airport. Checking was fast and pleasant. However my bathroom was not acceptable- staning water on the floor surrounding the toilet, dirty shield prints all over the floor, hair in the bath tub, no hand towels, black flecks in the soap dish on the sink, and a drill bit lodged in sink drain. I was exhausted and as it was nearly midnight I decided to let the desk know when I checked out early the next morning.

Asked from counter to fix tub due to water stoppage. Was told someone would come up but that never happened. Also shower water pressure was equivalent to a pressure washer. VERY strong. And the payment for parking with a reservation was a bit unexpected.

Primarily staff especially front desk were aware of our needs and attempted to accomodate. Was a very brief stay for a loyover between flights but again, front desk staff was excellent.

Had to ask for clean towels daily, and when the service request was handed in at the desk, still, nothing was done in our room. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

I think the value was not that good because we paid for a service they do not offer except upon requesting maid service.
