I was disappointed that the shower water took 15 minutes just to get lukewarm and it never really got warm enough to want to get in.

I was surprised that our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator or way to easily bring luggage up. You just have to lug it up the narrow stairs. Also, the shower was a little leaky with low pressure and the couch had some stains on it.

The suites were large and had a full kitchen stocked with basic cookware and utensils. Really loved being able to have an oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave to cook a few meals during my stay! The beds were very comfortable.

Charged a $250 incidental fees to your credit card at check-in. Said it would be credited back to my credit card in 7 to 10 business days. I never actually saw the charge on my card. This fee is ridiculous. Our place for two nights was less than the fee. A few other places we stayed charged $40 or $50 but $250! WOW!

This is not just a hotel room. It was more of a studio apartment but at hotel room rates. Great room/apartment. A few little blemishes but nothing that matters. Comfortable king bed. 3 closets. Full kitchen. Large TV. Large bathroom. Handicap bar on side of tub/shower, but bottom of tub is very slippery. Great water pressure. No cleaning service for 2nd day. Building #10, I think we were in Apt 8. Laundry room near office. 3 washers/4 dryers, cost $2/ea for each load. Can use credit card. Very friendly staff. Hot breakfast bar. Location is about 20 minutes outside of St. Louis. Not in the heavy traffic areas all the time.

Breakfast sucked. Burnt processed eggs, soggy hash browns, no meat selection and no fresh fruit (it was in a Dole Cup, yuck)! The room was a little dirty, the kitchen had sticky spots on the floor, my white bathmat was stained with black something. The cold air return was filthy. In the middle of the night, my air conditioning was shut down and I woke up sweating. The couch looked and felt like it was made of plastic.

Good value for the money. Easy check in/check out. Room was quiet

They bathroom door was warped and didn't close all the way!

I didn't realize they offered breakfast, so we didn't do this. I did try to fill my coffee cup, except they were out of coffee!!

I had cold water for 2 days of my stay in the shower. The last two days I had warm water. The breakfast sucked. The bacon was bologna colored like bacon. Rubber garbage is what it was. Eggs and potatoes are the worst I’ve ever had. But the price of the hotel was half the price of its neighbors.

Great location. Quite, but next to interstate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and had full kitchen.

Getting to it was difficult because it’s not an enclosed hotel. You have to walk around, and through, and upstairs… Not easy to do with luggage. Also, overall it needs some TLC. The ceiling fan was missing a blade so it was uneven and looked like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. Not as clean or well-kept as most hotels.

The room layout is a little apartment which is great for a family. TVs in every room and 2 bathrooms meant it felt more like home for our fam.
