The fact that I booked a King room was put into a double queen room and when I asked it to be corrected I was told that there was no availability for the time frame that I was going to be there and that I would get a discount for my inconvenience . A discount was given for the first night but not the other nights because the front office said that they tried calling me the next day to move me , I never received a call from them. I would recommend that Andrea at the front desk be informed on the correct way to address an issue and that she does not offer solutions that she is not 100% sure of. I would also recommend maybe adding some sausage and bacon to the breakfast. Not everyone eats whatever that meat substance was that was being served . The breakfast serving area could use a cleaning, there was spilled food all over the serving area and no cups at the juice area.

Parking was very limited and when the hotel was full we had to park on the opposite end of the hotel. I believe that you should provide more than a roll or 2 of toilet paper. We were there for 5 days and we had to ask for toilet paper several times. The free breakfast was delicious but it would have been nice if it was changed up a bit. We ate the same breakfast 5 mornings in a row.

The room was very spacious. It felt like a studio apartment. It was very quiet and we hardly heard anyone around us. We were never bothered by the staff of the hotel and they were very nice whenever we spoke to them.

The interstate is close but we didn't really here much of it.

The reception quickly resolved a few issues at check-in and we were upgraded to an even larger apartment. Breakfast with option for ceramic plates and real cutlery was good.

This hotel has good facilities. We were especially fortunate, because we have trouble walking, and we got one of the units that is equipped for people with disabilities. The location is great, near the Interstate highways, and shopping centers. Staff was helpful.

Comfortable with room to spread out. Kitchenette is very nice with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Good spots to walk our dog and Rudy’s BBQ is a 4 minute walk.

House keeping could do a little better job paying attention to detail. Making sure head boards, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, panel doors and air vents are wiped down and dust free.

Staff was amazing. I had an issue with the hideabed and they got it taken care of. Breakfast was great, rooms are really nice and spacious. Enjoyed the fire place, it's a nice touch.

The carpet In the room was very dirty. So we're the tile floors in the bathroom. I ended up cleaning the tiles myself but the carpet desperately needed to be shampood or replaced.

The sofa bed was awful. I know its hard to expect much but it could've been a little better quality.

Unfortunately, the motels water system froze and we had no water. Couldn't shower, couldn't brush your teeth, couldn't even get a drink of water!

The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

I didn't like that the spa wasn't working properly no bubbles just heat and the room could of been a little more cleaner and the amenities for the kitchen were nice to have. Breakfast was good could of been a little better because the sign said bacon or sausage and there was only sausage overall had a great time

The breakfast was not that great. The surrounding was a bit awkward and not very crowded. It was also just beside the freeways.

The rooms were quite big, not only for two people, but could accommodate almost 4 to 5 persons. They were two-storied. It was pretty clean.

Great location for us. Place was very clean and room were spacious. Very comfy bed. Front desk guy, I believe his name was Joeffrey, was super friendly and helpful, as well as the guy who was in charge of the breakfast room.
