One particular staff member, at night, was extremely rude to a number of guests, yelling at us and eventually telling us to leave the hotel because "2 people talked at the same time to him". Of course we did not leave and the rest of the stay was ok.

Spacious rooms, breakfast was ok and with enough sitting capacity. A lot of parking spots. Rooms were quiet even in the ground floor. Showers were good, bathroom was spacious as well. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful

- Breakfast, as all other similar hotels I've visited in the US, is average to below. Paper plates, plastic utensils, limited options, almost no healthy options.

A front desk, called Kirk, was very rude with a friend of mine and let him know that he does not care about what we were doing in the city/country. Actually, we were there to receive an international award. The others were very friendly.

We were in a conjoining room which had some very noisy people the first couple of nights. Could hear them speak clearly.

Location was great, bed very comfortable, room was large, staff were helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect, next to the biggest mall The Galleria. Hotel has free private parking which is very good. The room was big, a couple could live in it, has a full kitchen including a dishwasher. also had a washing machine on the second floor. The breakfast is OK but do not expect much. I would select this hotel again if I had a business again in this area.

No much facilities in the hotel. But you should keep in mind that this is a 3 star suites not a 5 star hotel.

The location is great, room was quite good for 1 or 2 persons, clean and maintained, the kitchen was equipped with all necessary stuff to make your meal. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, limited options but fresh.

They had some part of the roof broken and that the rooms are not good at noice cancelling. I could hear other people conversations and every time someone flushed their toilets. Also, although I appreciate breakfast being included, it was lacking a bit of variety and organization. One stations said "scrambled eggs" but no eggs to be found.....it just felt messy for some reason. Last but not least....you should implement a "non smoking on the facilities" rule and enforce it. Every single time I got on the elevator I got high just by the weed smell.

Location! Is just perfect. Walking distance galleria mall and a few other nice places. The area is very beautiful for sure.

It wasn’t too much I didn’t like. The only the thing is we has a 1 bedroom suite with 2 double beds and a pull out couch in the living area. The living area is so tiny you would have to move furniture in order to pull out couch. Just something to consider when booking for multiple people needing a sleep area

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a bonus. The bedroom area was where the bathroom and sink area was great nice and roomy only for family , if you shared room with friends the bathroom being in the bedroom area would be an inconvenience. Breakfast was decent which included hot meals buffet style. Outdoor seating area with grill was perfect we enjoyed a nice barbecue dinner 1 night. The pool needed cleaning but no one was using it. Next door to Galleria Mall which was good but we got around by Uber/Lyft to our destinations which where all in a 12/25 minute radius and Uber/lyft rates were very cheap.

The lift system is really old. It gets the job done but it’s really old.

The common areas were dismal & we were allocated a room as far as possible from reception & yet on one night only 30 rooms were occupied. Why?

Just an idea might be to spruce up your entrance to the hotel - rearrange that space to seem more like a welcome space rather than just an office with drab office lighting.

Coming from the close-by former Indigo Hotel where I had stayed many times I was at first slightly disappointed by the lack of an artistic flair at Sonesta - slowly I came to accept the basic no frills atmosphere and learned to appreciate the positive elements: the free and always available parking right in front of the hotel as well as the excellent lighting ; one of our top requirements, the super comfortable beds, the kitchen which allowed having meals in if one chose; the breakfast which offered something for all tastes and was well presented, and the great shower in the bathroom. The washroom is a great plus even though we did not use. The location is of course tops.

The property was dated and not like how it was pictured in the description. Housekeeping and management was a little pushy and rude at checkout time.

The breakfast was good, with a lot of options and the location was within walking distance of the Galleria.

My apartment had tea and coffee but no way to boil the water,there was a coffee machine which I couldn’t use.

It is 1 block from Galleria and 2-3 blocks from the Waterwall. Breakfast was included (I loved that they had cottage cheese). Free parking was also great. We stayed in a studio. As for the bathroom, I like when the sink is separate/outside.
