I can't think of anything except maybe just some very minor small cosmetic repairs that were needed in the room. The only thing I would really push management/owner to do is invest in USB charging ports on the outlets in a couple of places, such as on the night tables. People usually have a cord now with them but not the charging box to plug into the wall. USB charging ports would be a good investment.

The property was very clean and well maintained from what we could see. The staff were very helpful, and although it was after 11pm when we were checking in, they still had smiles on their faces and just a good attitude. The room was really nice, super clean, smelled good, and it had literally everything you needed to cook a small meal....pots/pans, utensils, plates, etc. The fridge was a good size, a nice microwave, and a two burner glass stove top. The bed was super comfortable, the linens were clean, and the standard white, including the towels, AC worked perfectly, and there was even a small couch to watch TV. There is also a table to eat at. They provide a laundry basket if you need to wash, a ironing board and iron as well as a hair dryer. I will definitely rent a room here again when in town on business. And it was affordable.

I wish the business center was functional during my visit and also if olive oil could be provided for the kitchen.

Wow this place surpassed my expectations, room was huge, kitchen has all the utensils you could use. Grounds are well kept and breakfast was an added bonus.

It took too long for hot water to flow to the bathtub. I was there during a scorching summer, so it wasn’t an issue. But I can see this being a problem for some people or in winter.

Location, location, location. Next to the Galleria. Value for money is great, especially when you compare to other hotels in the area. The room even had a small kitchen. Continental breakfast included was a plus.

My room this time was a little far from the elevator and I have a hip handicap at this time so walking was painful!

I love the location because I stayed a block away for 7 years. The front desk young lady is the BEST….she took good care of me and has a wonderful attitude.

My AC was broken in my room and I had to be moved to a different, smaller room. I appreciated the accommodation but not any offer to make it equal. My new room was a little dirty and needed repair in the bathroom. Cracked Sheet rock and all of the moldings on the corners were gone and there was just glue. Furniture seemed old. The picture of the pool is deceiving. It's extremely small.

The room was slightly shabby, peeling paint, some burns on the bedside night stands.

The lobby area and the area where breakfast was served was very nice. The breakfast choices were also very good.

The AC works automatically, and there is no manual control. Sometimes it's become hot at night.

location is great and room is quite comfortable. never got to use the little kitchen bit looks like has everything . price was awesome (for the location and comfort). staff super nice, specially Gabriel at the reception. they have a crib which was super, good mattress and not those portable ones that in some places are quite wear out

The breakfast could have offered scrambled eggs and hash brown potatoes which were not offered. Only protein offered was a sausage+egg croissant. Someone like me who prefers eggs without sausage is out of luck.

The suite we were given was very spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of the Galleria Mall. Yet very quiet.

The only problem with the room (329) is that the tub faucet would come off in your hand if you did not keep it pressed toward the wall a bit as you turned it. It went back on easily, and it wasn't like water sprayed around or anything, but it was a bit disconcerting.

It was basically a small apartment with a kitchen area, a table for 4, a king-sized bed, a nice sink/vanity area outside the bathroom, and bathroom with tub/shower. It was clean, smelled nice, and was well set up. We were pleasantly surprised! Staff was also super-nice, and the breakfast was better than expected.
