None of the restaurants or bar were open. This was a real issue as I did not have a car and had to call on folks around Mkee that I know to take me to breakfast. There was no easy way to walk to a restaurant as it is off a major and busy highway. Initially, there was only one set of towels in the room, despite the fact they knew there were two of us. The toiletries were minimal. Only one waste basket in bathroom area. There was no refrig in room but I did complain about this - as we were spending five nights - and one was brought in. We are used to reading a daily newspaper and there were none at the desk or available in the lobby.

The front desk people were superb! I want to particularly recognize Kash Thornhill who was pleasant and very helpful. We had no refrig in our room and she arranged one to be moved in. Also, there were minor complications when I was trying to print out my boarding passes and she worked at the computer with me. She was genuinely concerned for my welfare and in making this a great stay. The king size bed was comfy and the TV worked perfectly!

It was a little out-dated. The pool/hot tub closed at 8, which is a little early.

No fridge or mwo. Restaurant and bar closed post covid and no continental breakfast post covid. Staff was great but they were short staffed. Close to Brewers which is why we stayed there, they have a Brewers shuttle but you have to reserve as PKG to get

Not sure why a room with two adults would be booked next to and across the hall from two rooms of small kids and pre-teens (five or six kids in all, traveling together with two sets of adults). Two nights of yelling and screaming kids well into the night put a damper on what could have been a really nice stay at your hotel. The hotel wasn't full. Adults traveling without kids shouldn't have been booked immediately adjacent to a group traveling with 5-6 kids.

Hotel was very nice. It was great looking property inside and out. Rooms and common areas were clean, staff was efficient and responsive.

It was nice as it was off the hiway but due to construction there was no access to get back onto the hiway once you are off. We enjoyed our stay but it was nothing exceptional. There is no microwave or mini fridge in the room. The property seemed a little outdated. I only had my usb phone charger and there was no usb plug or outlet available. This was a little frustrating so I ended up charging my phone in the car for the majority of the stay there. Staff was nice. When we checked in there were a number of guests and only one working staff. We enjoyed the free wifi and free parking.

There were only 2 bath towels in the room. It would have been nice if there were 3 or 4.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The blanket was a good weight. The temperature was good.

The food was good but , I think there should be more options for visitors that are vegetarians or vegan besides a tone of carbs . Also , overly cold in the conference rooms . All in all my stay was amazing . I couldn't ask for a better stay .

Easy to find - just don't like driving in bigger cities. Very clean. Staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Price was very affordable and well worth it.

I was charged a $25 fee for “incidentals” upon arrival. This was never disclosed until after check in and when I pressed for an answer as to what this fee was for, no clear answer was given. The hallways and room smelled of body odor. The furniture was worn and run down. There was no coffee maker in the room. The front desk worker promised to bring one up to my room but never did.

The room was filthy. I went to sit at the desk and pulled out the chair which had a beach ball sized stain on it - When I opened the wardrobe, I thought there would be a refrigerator inside - nope. It was rotted, falling apart, and moldy. Only stayed here because it was close to Froedert. We'll be staying in Brookfield next time.
