Pool location, base of elevator. If those windows were at least given an obscure or reflective film, I would upgrade the review. I will be coming back mid april.

I just wish they left the pool a little bit warmer and open a little bit later because it’s not that big and if there’s a lot of people like kids in it, it would be nice as an adult to be able to go into the pool area at night

I must say I stood in a lot of hotels around the Bethlehem Allentown area before my fiancé passed away. We were actually building our life out there. The hotel is wonderful and especially the manager. I had the smallest little problem and she took care of it like oh good manager should I just wish I don’t understand the whole 4 o’clock check-in to me that just makes no sense especially on a weekday

Bathroom had a curved bottom tub which was difficult for showering , along with water temperature was too hot (no cold water). AC unit made a squealing sound and room was noisy at night due to highway.

Description for the King room stated there was a couch . Totally inaccurate. There was one broken desk chair and an odd hard occasional chair. Elevator was iffy. Didn’t run one night. Night staff on 3/5 was less than friendly. Breakfast that was offered for $10 was a joke.

Location was good for our family. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. Property was very clean.

Only downside was that the pool was out of order & the bar/restaurant was also not open...and we had to pay $10 a day per person for breakfast if we wanted it. They were bummers but not dealbreakers! I'm sure they'll have everything up & running soon. They also charge like $5.30 p/n for parking...I'm hoping they do away with that at some point. But again, not a deal breaker. Esp bc our room was absolutely amazing, well worth every penny.

We were in town to get married & chose this hotel bc we stayed there 2 years ago for our 12 yr anniversary & we loved it! The room we got this time was so huge, clean & just perfect! The front desk staff were great, they held our wedding cake in their fridge. There was a front desk agent that works the day shift, and she worked there during our last stay too...she was such a peach. Truly such a sweetheart. I can't remember her name but she had a big beautiful curly afro. You guys are so lucky to have an employee like her! They were even able to accommodate my bridesmaid checking in early Friday so that we could start getting ready for the wedding!! I will always recommend your hotel to anyone planning to stay in that area!

The fact that there should be a later pool time the pool is no we’re near the rooms why not leave it open for adults whom don’t like to be in with kids screaming and splashing

You have to pay $5 per day to park (the parking lot was empty with plenty of room to park and you also have to pay for breakfast.

I loved the room. It was very roomy but the picture of the room was not what was expected. The room was very clean. The pool looked nice and clean as well as the gym.

The elevator was out of service. Lugging luggage up the stairs was a pain.
