Oh my goooodnesssss the POOL! It was SO cold! We went down twice and I couldn’t get in with my husband and daughter whatsoever. The room itself was cold and had AC on the entire time. We saw three other families while we were there that also left because it was too cold. Several of those people could not get in the pool either and only ever saw one guy and one little boy in addition to my husband and daughter that got in and even they all said it was freezing in there. Please for the love of god clean the bathroom vent in room 262. I took a normal shower and when it got steamy I started SNEEZING IN the shower, I saw the gross vent moist from the steam, I opened the door to clear it out, once I got out I couldn’t even dry off because I sneezed NINE more times in a row 😬. I was quite disgusted with the shower after that and made sure my husband left the door open as he has some breathing issues and he definitely didn’t need in his lungs whatever went into mine 🤢. Breakfast comments from above go down here but also go with the question asked about breakfast above. Not sure if you offer it but as an idea having some rooms with a bed in living room instead of couch. The extra bed or pull out couch is a must for us for our daughter but it seems like everytime we ask for bedding for the pull out it’s very basic, it’s a raw mattress with no cover which is gross and then just one flat sheet and a kinda old looking blanket you’d get from grandmas along with one pillow. I’m glad my daughter didn’t mind but if an adult needed that bed it would not be too great. Check the remote in the bedroom of 262 as it seems a bit broken and wonky? The up button on the channels is not functioning. Would be cool to have a large TV in bedroom but it was still ok. Wish there was an actual full mattress cover instead of a large pad and a fitted sheet instead of a flat sheet that didn’t reach the top of the bed but Inthink that part maybe was just from the cleaning people mid aligning.

The breakfast was not an option as it was very expensive in our opinion which lines up with a lot of the reviews. If you have above average income then maybe not. We have stayed at many hotels very similar that have a full hot free breakfast included. We understand not every hotel can be the same but just trying to give a thorough review compared to where we have stayed. We always try to spend around the same amount for three nights and always need the same amenities for the most part as we come home every two or three weeks and stay somewhere in the KC area with our daughter for two to four nights. The bed was comfortable. The tv in the living room was nice. The moveable desk was cool. Love the balconies and the middle garden/seating/hangout zone. The towel availablility in this pool room was great and love the look of it. The staff was always friendly and helpful, interacted with atleast 5 different people Check in was pretty simple and they have a $100 deposit. With capital one we got it back 24 hours after checkout. That was def awesome.

We stayed for two nights in a king room. It was so spacious and well laid out it almost felt like a suite. Super comfortable bed. Big clean bath towels. TV got lots of channels. Very comfortable stay.

The indoor pool was freezing cold. The breakfast was Ala Cart on the weekday with no real good variety. The weekend breakfast buffet was a joke, not much on it, and a $10 charge pp if you didn't have it included in your room. Also, it's a $100 deposit! I was floored! They did not clean the room for us and replace towels while we were out. We stayed 2 nights.

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was fairly good size. The hotel was in a decent place right near the highway.

My only con for the trip is that the room didn’t have a microwave. But I do know some rooms do. And a staff member came around asking is each room had one so I think they’re working on it.

We stayed here while in the process of buying a house and renovating. It became a lengthy stay and I’m so happy worn out choice to stay at this hotel. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful.

It was a little noisy at times but the room was very nice. The shower curtain had a bit of mold on it and we had to ask for toilet paper and towels.

The Pool was a bit… underwhelming. We couldn’t find a remote for the TV in the sitting area, nor sheets for the pull out sofa bed.

Maybe have discount for breakfast with multiple stays or some sort of incentive program to return. Also, if traveling from out of town, maybe have some sort of surrounding area information - like attractions to visit or places to eat- could be in a brochure or could be electronic (like a QR code) in rooms
