The $10 fee for the parking. I wouldn’t mind if you increased the room rent $10 for it, but add one for something that is expected and unavoidable would Look better in the price. Maybe you’re trying to help people who flew in or took a cab to the hotel, then just give them a discount. I know, petty, but it was the only thing that wasn’t perfect.

The tv in the room did not work. I even told the front desk that it did not work and they said they would fix it but they never did. I do not like that room service was not provided daily. I would at least expect trashes to be dumped or bed to be made. I did not want new sheets each day or new towels, just a freshen up of room. Also there was not pen or paper in the room. I had to make a call and needed to write down some info and I could not find anything. The beds were hard and no extra blankets were provided in the room. Even though the value was good, I did not expect to get the bare minimum for the room. Not to mention that the upkeep on the landscape of the hotel was horrible. I could have gotten more from a motel 6.

Parking fee not properly disclosed and even after speaking to an employee at the hotel, the fee still was not mentioned until I arrived at the property. Nihal at front desk was rude and unhelpful. Honestly would never recommend.

Too many furniture in the room. It could have been a chair instead of the sofa in the room. Bathroom did not have cold water, hot water only, which we told the reception about.

The staff were keep charging my cards for an amount of 17 , 20 dollars and they put it back on the card next day . I didn’t understand this .they charged me more with 150 then supposed to charge . I had a very bad experience.

Staff was friendly at check in/out. Room was so clean & nice. It was nice to walk in the room when we first walked in with the AC on. No funky smell like other hotel rooms can have. Everything was great can’t complain! Wish we had more time to stay out there!

When you leave to check out, you need a key to get out which most everybody leaves in the room returns it in that’s what I didn’t like.

Sheets, bathrooms, carpet were all below standard in cleanliness. Worst of all, AFTER we had checked in, we found a flyer in the room saying that we had to vacate our room the next day for 2 hours because they had to clean the carpet, and another 2 hours for it to dry completely unless we don’t mind walking in a damp carpet. That’s 4 hours that we already paid for taken away from us. And yet when we were trying to check in an hour early, they were charging us $30 extra. They are rated 4 star- totally WRONG. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

The parking lamp fixture was constantly on the ground, knocked over! Very rude un-professional staff. They refused to provide a paper invoice statement ! They double charged me; & Two employees wouldn’t correct their errors....

I didn't feel like it was a typical 3 star hotel, more of a 2 star. smallish rooms, older, not up to date.

Had to pay for parking which was self parking and not even covered. Only interacted with one person during the stay, never saw another employee, Had to take elevator to get ice. The bathroom was dated. The biggest complaint is that the room was facing the freeway and once I layed down to sleep about 12:30am, I couldn’t, due to the loud noise of the freeway. I feel the hotel was overpriced for what was offered and was disappointed and didn’t even get a decent nights sleep.

Hotel seemed cleaned but woke up with multiple bites on our hands, feet, back and head… No one even said sorry or apologized but they changed our room the next day without any issues. Also there were some stuff on the coach looked like either mucus or some other disguising thing so - No I’d definitely not recommend this place.
