Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe $10 fee for the parking. I wouldn’t mind if you increased the room rent $10 for it, but add one for something that is expected and unavoidable would Look better in the price. Maybe you’re trying to help people who flew in or took a cab to the hotel, then just give them a discount. I know, petty, but it was the only thing that wasn’t perfect.

United StatesThe tv in the room did not work. I even told the front desk that it did not work and they said they would fix it but they never did. I do not like that room service was not provided daily. I would at least expect trashes to be dumped or bed to be made. I did not want new sheets each day or new towels, just a freshen up of room. Also there was not pen or paper in the room. I had to make a call and needed to write down some info and I could not find anything. The beds were hard and no extra blankets were provided in the room. Even though the value was good, I did not expect to get the bare minimum for the room. Not to mention that the upkeep on the landscape of the hotel was horrible. I could have gotten more from a motel 6.
The staff was super friendly each day. The location was easy to find.

Worst of all, AFTER we had checked in, we found a flyer in the room saying that we had to vacate our room the next day for 2 hours because they had to clean the carpet, and another 2 hours for it to dry completely unless we don’t mind walking in a damp carpet. That’s 4 hours that we already paid for taken away from us. And yet when we were trying to check in an hour early, they were charging us $30 extra. They are rated 4 star- totally WRONG. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

United StatesHad to pay for parking which was self parking and not even covered. Only interacted with one person during the stay, never saw another employee, Had to take elevator to get ice. The bathroom was dated. The biggest complaint is that the room was facing the freeway and once I layed down to sleep about 12:30am, I couldn’t, due to the loud noise of the freeway. I feel the hotel was overpriced for what was offered and was disappointed and didn’t even get a decent nights sleep.

Also there were some stuff on the coach looked like either mucus or some other disguising thing so - No I’d definitely not recommend this place.
