I was disappointed there was no breakfast served. You have to leave the facility to get anything to eat. Sense there is an absence of the full service treatment at this hotel I would think it would have been less expensive than it was.

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of our room. I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The hallway and our bathroom/room smelled like marijuana. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. The rooms/bathrooms are old. The hotel lobby looks nice but the rest of the hotel is not updated. Only 1 towel was in the bathroom. It was very expensive for what it was.

Sanitizer were empty. I reported it, they thanked me for letting them know, but they were never filled. We were 2 adults for a 2 night stay and only had 1 set of towels. We had to keep asking for more towels!!

No daily room service. When we called the desk, were told you have to stay there 5 days to receive it. But, you can always call for them to bring you towels, coffee service.

There was NO breakfast. Arrived and were told they did not have that feature, even though we booked as such. Location was fine. Public floors always needed vacuuming.

The room was dirty and smelled and I asked for a new room, but there was no room available. So the front desk told me I could check out and find another hotel and they would refund my money. But they only refunded $198 when the charged $418. I’ve been trying to get the remainder back ever since. I finally had to call my visa credit card company and dispute the charge.

Next to highway and unable to sleep because of noise! Broken bathroom door lever and can’t lock door! Elevator wasn’t working and have to walk more what wasn’t convenient! Air conditioning wasn’t working properly! They charged my card twice and after 4 days still not credited back to me!

There was no breakfast, not even coffee/tea in the lobby. That's my only complaint, although it's not insignificant.

The rooms were spacious, the staff unfailingly polite and responsive. The facility was clean, and we loved the blackout curtains. Very nice pool area too – water was the perfect temp for April in LV.

It would have been good to have had breakfast there in the morning. Also the fold out bed was not comfortable with it having the Springs inside the thin mattress.

So much. When we first checked in, they put us u. A room that had only been cleaned half way. (One bed was made, the other wasn’t. Big pile of pillows on the bed with no pillow cases on them. Floor not vacuumed, trash on night stand). We called the front desk and she put us in another room. At first glance, the room was clean, but upon further inspection, it was not. There were long, black hairs all over the shower walls, a used bar of soap stuck on the soap tray in the shower, there were a bunch of small pebbles from the patio all over the carpet. The main lobby and halls are overly perfumed with a strong odor, which we found somewhat convenient to mask the overwhelming smell of marijuana smell. The walls are extremely thin, especially if you’re in the lower two floors. Someone walking as light as a feather sounds like bricks. It’s outdated, no usb plugs anywhere. All wall plugs in our room were super loose and nothing stayed plugged in. So no, we will not be returning. Way too pricey for what you get.
