No room service, we stayed 3 nights. We needed to clean ourselves, change bed linens etc. We like to book hotel rooms vs airbnb because the convenience of daily room service., but this hotel does not offer that.

We needed a physical handicapped room, so we had to wait a bit until it was ready.

There was no breakfast, not even coffee/tea in the lobby. That's my only complaint, although it's not insignificant.

The rooms were spacious, the staff unfailingly polite and responsive. The facility was clean, and we loved the blackout curtains. Very nice pool area too – water was the perfect temp for April in LV.

They had no services. Maybe they were in a period of transition. But you to ask for everything. At one point I had to ask for extra coffee cups for the room & was told we don’t bring things to the room we don’t have anyone to do that. So I would have to make a point of stopping to pick up whatever I needed. But everyone was very nice.

allowed guest next door to have a dog, which is fine, but when it is barking early in the morning, should be addressed. also charged for local calls, both out and in. whats with that?

Has an issue with TV not getting any reception. Someone looked at it and could not fix. Said they would be out in the morning to repair. When I got back from work it was not fixed. No one passed the message on. I was offered another room with a working TV. Meant I had to pack up everything and move. It was a big inconvenience for me. Just got off work tired and just wanted to relax and watch TV. Now I had to pack and move. Was not told first floor was the dog floor. Heard a few barks during the night. I would have asked to be put on another floor if I had known.

It was located close to freeway made it easy. Lots of places to eat was great. Was a good clean enviroment.

The night we got there the exterior of the toilet was dirty, had urine underneath and the clear curtain was dirty and moldy on the bottom. And when I complained to the front desk and showed her the picture of the toilet she just said ok I’ll send someone over to clean, Didn’t apologize. Also didn’t have the best customer service. Won’t be staying here in the future.

This hotel was our go to place when we came to visit family but unfortunately will be our last time staying. What we liked about the hotel is that They have everything nearby(fast food restaurants, retail stores, etc). It was family friendly and very quiet at night.

The lobby area was dirty. I went to the store area looking for a spoon, and the whole area was very poorly stocked and dirty. There was a cold breakfast sandwich in the dirty microwave. No breakfast of any kind offered, coffee area was dirty. We were told the Starbucks was waiting on the health inspector, not sure how they're going to pass that! The room itself was fine.
