Needs more parking and the asst manager was extremely rude when we checked in. Our room wasn’t ready, we left and came back almost two hours later and it still wasn’t ready. He kept saying we’re booked up and they’re behind which was fine, but his attitude was horrible. He snapped at people when answering questions.

There really isn't a single negative I would give this property. The price point comparative to similar hotels, this place will smoke almost all of them. Solid stay.

This hotel is very underrated. Seriously. I can't speak for more than just myself staying, but for one person you have a TON of room and space. Great design. Staff is very helpful all hours of the night. Quiet. When you close your door you really do feel like you're at home on the road, you don't hear anything in the hallways etc. Especially with a deal, promise you, this is an underrated spot. ALSO! The free breakfast, whoever is on eggs KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. When you stay here you'll know exactly what I'm talking about the minute you walk in the room. It's good.

Close to the Airport! The location is great, the great spots to visit are between 10 -20 mins from the hotel! They serve a delicious hot breakfast in the morning and the double queen suite was spacious enough for 4 adults to stay there comfortably.

Pool was a little murky.

It has a fairly large indoor pool. Beds were comfortable. We caught the first shuttle to the airport (4:50am) and they had coffee and continental breakfast available before the shuttle. Thank you very much much!

The housekeeping situation and clean towel exchange. At check-in we were advised to bring dirty towels down and that we could just exchange them for clean towels. That worked for 1 day. Then the next day we took our towels down but we had to go back to the room to wait for towels. Then on the 3rd day when we should have gotten our room cleaned, we left for the morning and early afternoon; however, when we returned the cleaner had not been there and we had to wait for her as she was not available to clean the room. We called down and she came shortly thereafter, but we had another engagement and were now inconvenienced by the time someone we had to waste to start getting ready. The next morning as we were preparing to go to brunch, we realized the cleaner had not left us any face towels. I went back down to the desk to retrieve them in hand, but we had to wait for someone to bring them to the room. That took an additional 15-20 minutes of precious time. This was not a favorable situation. Make communication clear. Clean the room daily. Either make the towel replenishment situation self-serve or strictly delivery-driven. COVID is over. Please hire more cleaning staff. Also, a detailed maintenance sweep needs to be done. There were scratches in the wallpaper in the lobby. In our room, there was a peculiar white stain on the deep charcoal sofa. Someone's child had drawn on the TV console in the top right corner nearest the closet. The comforter on my bed had a hole and was dingy. I could tell that some of the bedding was newer/cleaner as some of it appeared whiter than the rest. While the ability to have someone in the mirror and someone in the shower/ using the toilet at the same time is convenient-ish, it needs a second door for privacy. A room of this size needs a mirrored sit-down vanity area. A simple lighted mirror in the desk area would suffice.

The size of the room was great for the rate and amount of people who stayed (2). The room was relatively clean. The breakfast was prepared daily and had a decent selection.

I didn't see a water bottle filling station, that would have been nice! I may have just missed it. Also would have liked to start out with 4 bath towels since our reservation was for 4 people. Some stains on the couch that made us feel a little icky.

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Pool was nice and warm. No issues with noise. Convenient to highway. Front desk friendly and helpful. Had a great stay!

After taking a late night flight, I was totally unaware that my room/booking was not guaranteed if it was not paid for (the hotel was sold out). Mrs. Brooks the late night front desk clerk was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient, was able to get me in a room with no problems and with a smile. This made my quick trip a successful adventure.
