The room exceptionally well equipped with a big kitchen, huge refrigerator and utensils for a setting of 4. The bed was super comfy. Plenty of closet space. Loved the place and will highly recommend it.

The TV in my room was smashed. I didn't realize it until the morning when I tried to turn on the new but once I told the front desk they were very apologetic.

The desk staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. There was a locker at the end of the hall that allowed you to "check-out" things like a crock pot or popcorn maker if you are here for an extended stay. I will def stay here again when I return for work.

I booked a reservation for 4 but had to ask for additional towels and bedding. For the future, I think these items need to be either in the room or given to guests at check in. Also, the toilets sit entirely too low to the ground, please consider revising.

For me, there honestly was nothing I didn't like.

The convenience of the location and the price for my stay was originally the reason I chose Sonesta. When I first got there and looked at the room, I was so incredibly pleased with what I saw! The room had everything I needed or wanted! The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, a stove (electric), a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, pots, dishes, utensils, glasses AND even a garbage disposal! It was perfectly suited for cooking a nice meal for yourself. Not only did they have all these items available in the kitchen, but, they also had additional items downstairs to use if you asked (for example a crock pot). There was a very comfy bed with 2 large pillows, a large desk/work area and a nicely equipped bathroom complete with full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the shower. Along with all the room offered, there were also laundry facilities which were available free of charge to the guests! Last but certainly not least, I would be amiss if I didn't mention how incredibly kind and helpful all the staff were during my stay. The three gals that stood out the most for me (sadly, I didn't get their names) was the one that originally checked me in, the gal that was there in the evening on my first and second night who was patient and gracious as I visited the front desk several times for assistance and to scout out a corkscrew for wine (it had been a very long day!), and the lady who checked me out when sadly, it was time to leave. Sonesta was a port in the storm during a difficult visit to the area and for that I am grateful! A sincere thank you to all the wonderful staff!

No breakfast, no pool

I loved the view upon arrival! Parking lot was spacious and not overcrowded. The front desk was clean and orderly. The receptionist Melissa was so increibly sweet and kind! When I needed an extra pillow, she was kind enough to provide it to me, and even had it ready for me when I got back. The room had a full kitchen ( full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove top, and toaster!) It exceeded my expectations! All rooms are suites, so that came as a beautiful surprise to me! The bed was firm and not as comfy as my bed, but I still had a great sleep and was rested! Room was clean and shower head was amazing! Felt like I was getting a massage with water! Comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already installed into showers, so that was a plus! Checkout went smooth and Alex was so welcoming and professional. I would definitely book another stay here!
