The remote on my TV didn't work (I had to push the buttons from the side of the screen), and one of the frames in the room for art was empty! But everything else okay.

I like the room, the gym, and the little convenience store.

The check in software wasn’t working but the staffer was very apologetic for the wait and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

I wish I had done more than stay the one night. The room was spacious and perfect for a multi night stay. It is also close to Walmart and multiple easy/fast/casual food.

I was surprisingly disappointed with lack of veneration fan in bathroom. Very embarrassingly to say the least .maybe I m being petty..SOS.air freshener

Room was better than expected. The kitchen area was nice, bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay, was there for my daughter’s Navy graduation and the distance was like 5/10 minutes away which made everything even better.. No complaints here

Booked the room for 2 nights. On our last night the fire alarm went off at 4 am but there was no fire. Then it went off again!!! at like 5am and lasted for more than an hour. We did not get any sleep feel we should have gotten some type of compensation for that night.

*Only issue was our "smart" thermostat wouldn't go above 63 degrees no matter what I did (and I DO know how to operate one), which in November in Waukegan IL made things pretty chilly lol. I think it was malfunctioning. *Are there vending machines didn't see any...just wondering.

*The staff was very nice (I am sure they would have helped with our broken thermostat had I called the desk but I was too tired so I just went to sleep instead). *Very clean room and building *Spacious room and nice little kitchenette, perfect for a longer stay. *Bed was wonderfully comfortable - had a great night sleep under the warm comforter *Strong Wifi *Good convenient location, seemed like a safe area too. *Big well lit parking lot.

We moved a chair and it had not been vacuumed under and the bathroom tub faucet had a major leak, it did get repaired but we should not have had to deal with this!!!!

The only complaint I have (and it’s not really a complaint just an annoyance) the thermostat wouldn’t let the room get below 72 while I was there. I turned it up to 75 because I was cold and it went from 71 to 72 and that was it. So maybe just bring a jacket :)

I loved the location. I was visiting my daughter at the naval base so it was only a 10 minute drive to base. Walmart and other shopping right across the street. Vernon Hills, Gurnee and Libertyville not too far away.

Pull out sofa bed was not comfortable. I have 2 adult boys who slept on it and stated they did not sleep well.

There was no breakfast provided. For $135 a night, we expected one. When staff was asked, she stated well you have a kitchenette so you don't need one.
