The doors slammed loudly and the floors must be thin as people below me complained about noise when my 2 grandkids came to visit and they are under 2 yrs of age.

I did not partake in breakfast and if I wanted to I was not made aware breakfast was available.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My stay was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect and I loved staying here. It was perfectly wonderful!

The shower had a slow drain so there was standing water whilst showering. The aircon did a poor job keeping the room cool.

The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. Easy to find. Had all necessities for a longer stay (kitchen utensils, cookware, etc)

The room felt humid? Not sure why as the AC worked well.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was as expected and worth the rate (I paid a fair price). The airport shuttle starts around 7:00 am, so if you have an early flight, you might need an Uber.

Most of what I'm going to say is for informative purposes. First: the bed is to high for handicapped people to easily get in and out of. Second: As with almost all motels, they have tub and showers with bars for handicapped people. If a true handicapped person could step into a tub they would not be handicapped. They should be true showers or better yet rollin showers so you can get in with a wheelchair. Last: The small wall hanging sink would be better if it was a small vanity so you could put your things on to get ready. Now for the actual complaint that I have, The sink is pulled away from the wall and hanging down. Instead of fixing it and putting it back where it belongs , they just put caulking around it. It is hanging down so far that when you put something on it it just falls on the floor. also the faucet is loose from the sink. The latter is the only reason I would not stay in this room again. As for the room in general I loved it. The recliner is great for handicapped people. Thank You

This is an older hotel & there is no pool.I got a good price for my stay & the location was great.There are pets but I only heard a dog barking 1 time.

No breakfast but you have a full fridge & Walmart is next door. In an area with some retail & chain dining options to the west.Hotel is just north of the airport,you can hear planes go over. A kitchenette & a closet with ironing board.Free laundry machines with soap packets to purchase.I was on the 3rd floor & it was quiet,I'm a light sleeper. Bed was comfy,TV with many channels & wifi worked well.

Kitchenette sink drained slowly and the disposal didn't work and had food in it from previous guests.

Room was nice and fresh. Had no issues checking in. Overall area was nice and quiet. Could walk around the facility just to get out and get some air.

Coffee not the greatest- small complaint

Loved the room. It had every thing- cooktop, full size refrigerator, dishwasher cups, plates, nice long desk. Free laundry room, gym, an outside gazebo with 2 gas grills. Comfy bed s - a total winner!

The fan systems were not working for the rooms bathroom the whole stay, there was noticable rust on some areas which was fine and didnt really bother me just something i didnt see as a uplifting sight.

It was a comfortable room to be in. They did not charge extra for another room key so that was a plus. Shower's heaters were working perfecty had nice hot water for hours. Room was very spacious also.

Although, I stayed 2 nights I was expecting housekeeping to come by the room and provide fresh clean bathroom towels and take out the trash. Unfortunately, housekeepers did not come by the room at all. I took out my own trash during my stay. Also, the shower was terrible. Need to replace the shower heads because they are old, there is mild dew, and the water pressure is terrible.

Hotel in general is not well maintained. Room specifically had loose tiles in the bathroom floor and a poorly patched hole in the door. Shower leaked on the floor. Room was quite warm even with air con on. Refrigerator was very noisy.

We were pleasantly surprise to find the place very easily and the parking lot and outside where VERY well kept! When we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and check in was smooth and uncomplicated! Room was very nice and was very homey and well kept. Everything worked as it should and we enjoyed our stay very much. We are hoping to find you while out and about and our travels because we will be staying with you if at all possible. Very GREAT price as well.

I've been staying at this property routinely since fall 2021. I go back because the staff is always welcoming, the facility is quiet and feels safe, the room is always clean and the bed is always comfy. Plus it's a great value compared to other comparable options. On my last visit I inquired at the desk regarding the longevity of staff, since I had seen some of the same faces for the last two plus years. The front desk manager happily told me that several of them had been there ten plus years. I wasn't surprised to hear it, since I believe it speaks to the quality of the property.
