Everything was dingy, felt dirty. Original room key reader wouldn't even acknowledge card, and other readers seemed to struggle. Building felt tight in hallways, maze-like. The smoker section was directly below several rooms and the air filtration didn't work well for the smoke smell. TV remote wouldn't allow switching to the hotel-provided DVD player.

Staff were very kind and prompt in service, handling tech issues with ease and making sure checkin/out was smooth. Room was good size, didn't feel too big. When card reader issues came up with my room, I was assigned a new one with no issues. I loved having a recliner.

Charged my card multiple times on top of already charging my work card and telling me they wouldn't accept my work card. Also, the room next to me seemed to never go to bed and was blasting tv/phone all night

Where to start? The mirrors had smears on them both. There was a sheet of ice on the bottom of the refrigerator. There was blue stuff on so many surfaces, from the bathroom door, the backsplash, the outside of the refrigerator, inside the freezer, etc. There were bits of what appeared to be Fritos and other things on the bathroom floor and in the toilet. The pillows and comforter appeared to be down-filled, and one of our party is allergic. Fortunately we brought our own pillows, but never thought about bringing blankets. There ws an empty frame above the desk/table, by the television. It would have been nice to have a mirror there so my wife could have sat to put on her makeup, rather than having to stand in the bathroom. We visit Wichita regularly to see our kids and grandkids, and we had hoped that this hotel would be a good place for us to stay when we do. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it will be.

The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have an ice maker. The staff was very friendly.

The room we were originally put in was not clean. There were fingernail/toenail clippings all over the carpet. When I asked the front desk to be put in another room, that room also had fingernail/toenail clippings on the floor and hair all over the inside of the tub.

Our room was on the bottom floor, which was helpful since I was only a few months removed from a knee surgery.

Check in to 30 minutes, then the door wouldn’t unlock. Once in the room the ac unit didn’t work. Maintenance guy finally got it working, but but had same issue next day. Was told “too bad, no maintenance guy on the weekend” and no other rooms available.

Could have used little better pillows but overall was an excellent hotel for our stay.

I cannot think of anything disappointing about this hotel and it's location, other than maybe a little better pillows. This hotel was updated, very clean, the staff was great and the location was perfect for our stay. We stayed here in Feb 2023 and if ever back in the area, we would definitely stay again. We recommend this hotel!

cigarette smoke smell in bathroom mainly and we asked for a nonsmoking. smoke coming thru bathroom vents. vending machine didn’t work contacted the vending machine operator and he basically accused me of lying.

There was lots of noise we could hear from other rooms and the hall. We heard doors slamming all night long. I had trouble with my key card entering the building every time, but it worked fine to get into the room.

The room had plenty of space, the bedding was soft and the temperature of the room was good. The grab and go breakfast had a good variety (muffin, fruit cup, granola bar, water).
