There are a couple things I would have liked to know before I booked: we didn’t get to choose which unit or which floor we were put in. The booking pictures are a conglomeration of all the units in the building so that was a little confusing. You are, indeed only getting one bed and one couch. The units are clean and lovely but it would’ve been nice to know ahead. Also- there’s NO soundproofing between floors so we could hear our upstairs neighbors talking, laughing, walking, moving furniture, etc. During the day that was not an issue but at 2:00am and then 7:00 that few hours later that was frustrating. The property managers reacted to my text at 2:15am and it appears they reached out to the folks above because they quieted down after (no clue why they were moving furniture around at 2 AM without ceasing!). Only 3 washcloths were provided for our 6 day stay with 3 guests so that was not ideal. Oh last little thing was that there was no view from the room -we couldn’t discern time of day or weather by looking out the windows because there was another building wall 2’ away. Not a deal breaker-just good to know.

I really loved this rental. The rooftop deck had a great view of the city and the river; and the unit was so clean and comfortable and they thought about all the details! From the coffee pods, laundry detergent, and fluffy towels to the clean and comfortable bed linens it was all wonderful. The location was so close to many tourist spots but separated enough that we didn’t feel like tourists. The neighborhood is quiet, compared to many of the other neighborhoods and I felt safe walking around with my two children.

The parking situation was awful. The listing says there's parking available which led me to assume it meant on site parking or nearby parking. It would have been fine had it just been myself and my husband but we were traveling with two young kids so it was difficult. Otherwise the place was amazing. Everything we needed for an overnight stay was there

The people downstairs banged ferociously on the ceiling often and they reported noise at 8pm. They did so in the afternoon also, we had to tiptoe all day and night. It was outrageous and no fun whatsoever. We were in fear of eviction every time our 6 month old baby cried.

Nice, roomy apartment. The kitchen was stocked with nice pots, pans, dinnerware, even a washer and dryer. Traveling with an infant, it was a huge convenience.

I don’t like how my car got stolen outside and no cameras work nowhere on that block . So be careful where you park around there

Bed sunk in I slept sideways which caused pain in my hips and back..a firner bed and memory foam topper would be better for everyone. .pilllows look nice on bed but bad for neck ...all furniture is to low couch is to low hard to get up off of it..Tv is to low also and a TV should be in bedroom...all these things made my back hurt for a week my sciatic was off the charts...paint colors 🙃 are not soothing harsh ugly green in bedroom is horrendous...but space was very clean..oh also toilet is way to low and it wobbled needs to be fixed...overall it needs improvement on bed to soft pillows not good for your neck ..furniture to low overall made all my bones in my body hurt for days even after I came home...chair in kitchen set was all stained and not very sturdy table wobbled also...so definitely needs attention to details...No spatula was kinda weird all my food stuck to frying pan ..it was not nonstick.. Upstairs neighbors were rude heard every move they made which went on all night...I'm still glad I stayed but I hope they consider all my complaints because I travel all around the world and I write the truth only to help improve for owners and let public know..

Had to request toilet paper repeatedly, not very soundproof, could hear normal walking, talking of neighbors , dishes were dirty-we washed everything before using

It was very noisy. You could hear what was going on outside, and you could hear the people upstairs like they were just next to you. Their voices and their footsteps. If you are a light sleeper that might be an issue.

The location was great! The host was very responsive. Upon arrival, our code did not work, but they were quick to respond and provide the correct code.

No cream for tea in the apartment. Difficulty in gaining entrance because Access code provided was wrong. Internet code was not provided until I asked for it. The Cleaning fee was not stated on booking.com site and only know after receipt of debit advised. The charges appear hidden and not professionally applied.

The place looked nothing like the pictures of the place I booked. Like literally a different room all together, no loft like in the photo and there was a sliding glass door leading out to the street which didn't feel the safest. So that was a bit of a shock when we got there, and the showers hot water lasts maybe 30 minutes before running cold.

I liked the location it was right near everything we wanted to see and the place was overall comfortable.
