The fitness center needs some attention – the cable machine was very squeaky, I'm guessing due to a lack of regular cleaning and lubrication. The resistance bands they had were broken. Would be great if they had a set of dumbbells and a bench, there's certainly space for it. The breakfast was just okay. I am both lactose intolerant and soy intolerant, and the only milk options for cereal were regular milk or soy milk. My room could have been cleaner – I found hairs in my shower and bed, and the lower shelf in the shower was covered in slippery grime. My key card stopped working every single day, so I had to continuously go down to the front desk to get it fixed.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Decently quiet despite its proximity to a busy road. Close to tons of restaurants and grocery stores.

The microwave didn’t work in my room (though I was pointed to one in the lobby I could use). There was hair in the shower drain and sometimes the room smelled a little funny. Nothing major, just a bit strange.

Breakfast was good but finishes by 10am weekends and 9am weekdays - pretty early! The grounds are lovely and the staff are helpful.

My room was on the first floor near an office. I was woken at 6 am with so much noise from employees getting their carts, etc. Kids urinating in the jacuzzi. Parents shrugging and saying it’s normal. This is not my level of hotel or facilities.

It was close to the freeway. The jacuzzi was hot.

We were disappointed that there was no room service for cleaning our room while we stayed. Also DVD player didn't work.

Breakfast was good. We didn't get to use a pool but it looked very nice from outside. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall it was a good stay.

Water kept escaping from the underneath the sliding door of the bath. Had to keep mopping up. Informed the front desk, but no one to fix it. Breakfast is quite ordinary, and it can get really crowded.

Phone call to get service in our room was curt and not helpful. Direct and done. " you need to make an appointment to have any maid service" after requesting to change our trash cans the you need a reservation to have the room attended. I think this limited by appt service should be written out for guests to understand before staying here. 344.00 per night on the weekend and 211.00 weekdays deserves better communication when service is not available. get your clean towels in the lobby was not welcome information.

It was nice and quiet all the time. The coffee in the buffet area was very good. The bed was comfortable and bedding was excellent. The snack and water for sale was well stocked. The front desk staff were accurate.

The location of the room was where people are constantly passing by to get to the lobby so it could get a little loud early in the morning. I loved that they offer breakfast, I just wish it was offered later for those people that don’t wake up as early.

The hotel was very clean and all the staff was friendly. Our room was located very close to the pool which was great since we used it almost everyday we were there. The location was good too, close to some stores and the tourist areas as well. Breakfast was decent.
