It was alittle out dated. Bed wasn’t that comfortable and pillow were lumpy. Surprised that there were no fans in a room with jacuzzi. And fire extinguisher was out of code date.

Could have had a hot water dispenser/ heater at least in lobby during coffee time.

There is little light in the room and it overlooks the parking lot, so you need to keep the blinds closed. but that's a minor thing. The receptionist who checked us in wasn't very nice. But it was late, maybe he wanted to sleep...

This is a "tired" place with old equipment that needs updating. The spa baths in the room are old style and very noisy for neighbouring rooms! We were kept up by baths running above and adjacent to our room. The room also has an ankle-breaker step in the floor which could seriously injure an unwitting guest, particularly at night!

The room was a little beat up. Paint missing on walls, tiles broken on floor and the lights didn't work in the hot tub, which was not a huge deal, but kind of disappointing.

The room has a nice, big hot tub and 2 shower heads, which was nice. The bed was pretty comfortable, compared to some others I've stayed at. Nice, quiet area.

Mirrored walls great for an intimate evening - not so much during a normal day

Although it seems dated it had a really nice charm to it. Double shower and double bath was a first but made it intimate and enjoyable. Bed was nice. Free parking and location was brilliant

There wasn’t much to not like the showerheads were a little clogged up. I mentioned it to the front desk on the way out, and the blinds didn’t go all the way to the bottom of the window left about a 4 inch gap but we just put our bags in front of it, and that took care of it.

The big whirlpool bathtub was great. Took a minute to find the switch to turn it on, which was on the wall next to it. Also, the king bed was very comfortable. I didn’t try the coffee and stuff for breakfast in the morning, but there’s an IHOP right next-door five guys in a block McDonald’s right across the street and walking distance to the beach.

The walls were pretty thin and we could hear people partying all night for multiple days.

Huge spa was very clean and nice. Loved that most of the walls were mirrors. About .9 miles walking distance to Harrahs and Harverys, so not too far from everything.

The provided coffee was not excellent but that is no dis on the quality of the stay. I agree with some others the paint could be retouched but that is to be expected at a hotel that a bunch of people stay at. It's not the newest spot to stay, but it was still very clean and confortable.

The room met our expectations! My husband and I stayed during a blizzard and we were still content with our stay. They plowed the hotel parking lot and supplied shovels to help get our car out after the snow downpour. The room was spacious and for the days we decided to stay in we were able to connect a gaming system to the tv to play movies. This hotel is in a nice spot to walk to food as well as views. The shopping center is super close too. We aren't snowboarders and were hoping to explore the town. We felt we were able to do so well at this spot despite the snow. We plan to revisit Tahoe in the summer.

Plumbing was a little loud. When the next room over was filling their tub it was quite loud. Carpet could use a deep cleaning or changing all together. Looked old but for the most part not horrible. Room could use a little paint. Not complaining because the price was pretty good.

Check in was nice and friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Location was great. Short walk to IHOP next door. Coffee in the lobby was good.

The hot tub in the room with the rotating TV was excellent for a relaxing weekend getaway! We loved the location in South Lake Tahoe. Hotel staff was attentive and it was obvious that they really took time to clean the facilities.
