There’s nothing we didn’t like. Couldn’t fault this property at all.

Location was perfect. Property was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and had a wide selection to choose from. We took advantage of the bike rental for the time we were there which was great to get around. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was cleaned and replenished every day.

The shower handle and the tap in room 6b was very loose I thought will fall apart when I open the shower every time, please if you could fix that.

Close to the beach, very friendly staff, they give you one ticket with a free drink every day of your stay, also breakfast included and is very good with options, the room is very clean, parking spot included. I will come back.

The place was very clean, perfectly located just across the beach. We stayed in one of their Kong suits. Our private balcony overlooking the street and beach had a swing. I spent a large part of my time there! The front desk ladies were amazing!

What a find!! So clean and bed was really comfy. Cute little coffee maker with real ground coffee was a great touch! Free breakfast in the garden was fab too! Great location right across the street from a little beach and hust steps from the southernmost point!

I wish the pool was a pool for cooling off. Not kept free of debris enough. Wish the roosters could have slept in a little!

Wonderful location, easy walk to everywhere. Nice grounds to sit and relax. Breakfast was so convenient. Coffee was nice and strong. Bar area comfortable with a very friendly staff. Room small but very clean. Served its purpose.

The room was well designed for a holiday stay. It was stocked with all the amenities one could need. We were given drink tickets to use in the bar each day &there was a complimentary breakfast bar in the morning. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The location of the guest house was ideal. It was on the Old Town Trolley route.

Very overpriced- we realised we were visiting during spring break and the price we paid was over double we would have paid if we had visited a couple of weeks later !!

Beautiful guest house in a fantastic location - our room was amazing- loved sitting on the balcony on the sofa - very relaxing . Check in lady was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choice.

Delightful, very comfortable, very clean heritage property in excellent central location near beach and centre of Old Town. Lovely verandah, garden and pool. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Parking was on site and very good.

Our shower pressure was low … but, given how absolutely amazing every other aspect of our stay here was, we didn’t think a thing of it!

The property is amazing. Our room was absolutely beautiful and there are plenty of cozy places on the porch to enjoy coffee, a cocktail, or quiet time with breathtaking views.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Guesthouse. Christal at the front desk was wonderful helping us throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable including the bedding and housekeeping did a great job refreshing everything while we were out each day. It was a plus to have the outdoor bar area with live music in the afternoons and a nice surprise to receive a free drink each day during our stay. Having breakfast included was convenient (not anything fancy but there was plenty to choose from) and to be able to sit in the garden to eat and people watch was a good way to start the day. We rented bikes from the hotel and they were perfect to head down to Duval and to the beach. We loved visiting the State Park beach and historic fort nearby. It was a great first trip to Key West!
