Overall great trip with great friends, however a little surprised at how small the rooms were. Good location, clean room and grounds. However, will stay at opposite end of the island next visit. Definitely rent a golf cart!

I'm not a fan of a spa pool. Too hot. Also, the washer and dryer situation was not ideal.

Our room was beautiful. The staff did an excellent job of cleaning our room every day. The breakfast every morning was great. The bar area was great with a lot of live entertainment. The staff was very helpful and informative.

Unfortunately could hear all of the bar music during the day through the walls of the room. Appreciated the sound machine but wasn't enough for our toddler. Also would have appreciated more hanging clothes space in the room/bathroom.

Loved the location to the downtown area. Appreciated the early bar closing time for baby sleeping. Pool was perfect for our needs and really appreciated the daily drink tickets.

Very comfortable for the whole family, and with a nice outdoor seating area by the room, which is essential for us. Close to all attractions, but still very quiet at night.

While this was on Duval St, it was at the very end so it's still a good walk to the entertainment, shopping and excitement.

Wonderful bed and breakfast situated a stones throw from the southernmost point marker at the very end of busy Duval St.. All staff was A+. Upon check in we were gifted 2 drink tickets to the attached outdoor bar/cafe and was told breakfast was complimentary. Cafe was outdoor covered eatery with a food truck stationed all day and the food was great! Also some excellent entertainment with a singer/guitarist. Small pool outback. Complimentary breakfast was very good and it was nice to sit outside with all the roosters! The room was spacious and bed was comfy. Huge bonus, free parking in site . We plan to stay again!

The ceiling fan was not controllable going on by itself and being unable to stop it. The bed sagging where people have been sleeping before. Tiny bathroom.

This little Guest House was the absolutely BEST location!! Got to fulfill my husband's BucketList for our 50th Anniversary by getting to the southernmost point of the USA which was just 1 block away from our Guest House. Key West was a bustling little community but all laid back. Our room was perfect! We were in room 3B, the Palm King, overlooking the pool/patio area. Very peaceful and quiet but just around the corner from all the fun! The king size bed was very comfortable, the room was a very nice size, was equipped with a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, a room safe, a big screen TV, hair dryer, and bathroom essentials. And it was SPOTLESS!! Oh, and there were flowers on the dresser on our arrival!! Breakfast was great!! Eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, hot and cold cereal, sticky buns, waffles, and toast were all offered!! The staff was extremely nice and helpful!!! They all get an A+!!! My favorite was being able to set on the verandah, listen to the live music, and watch all the people passing by. So would we recommend Southernmost Point Guest House?? You better believe it!! And we will be back!! FYI...please do not confuse the lovely Guest House with the Southernmost Point Resort....two completely different vibes!!! Thank you to all who helped us have such a pleasant stay❤️💐

The house has a great location and it is on walkable distance of the restaurants and shops. Staff was so polite and the room was pretty awesome. You can feel the Key West atmosphere in this guest house. Definitely we will visit it again.

The property location is perfect! Situated at the end of Duval Street, it’s quiet but only a quick walk to everything. The guest house is beautiful, well maintained, and so comfortable. We the enjoyed complimentary breakfast each morning as well as the complimentary cocktail in the evening. The food truck is amazing and everything we ate was delicious. The guest house and bar staff were so kind and we truly appreciated all their suggestions for things to do and places to see. We can’t wait to visit again!
