Dealing with Vacasa. I was told two different things about when I could check in, nearly making me late for an interview, and because there’s no physical key when I left my phone inside I was late to my friends wedding.

Location, cleanliness, enough space for a single person.

THE BED… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Seriously. The mattress was very thin and could literally feel every metal coil in the thing. Nothing comfortable about it at all! The bathtub plug didn’t work. I told a rep for the place and noone came to fix it. Our first night there a man kept bothering me to help him get into his place there. Total stranger. It was dark. I had to get my cell phone to help him call the appropriate number so he could get into his place. No one called to follow up on that.. even though when I called for this man and explained who I was and where I was staying. You would think someone would have called afterwards just to make sure all was okay and I was safe. Again.. total stranger… it was kind of crazy.

Better seating accomidations for the hidden suites 3 thru 6. There is one table and two chairs to be shared by two units on the patio.

I liked the privacy the Osprey suite provided.

There was a problem with the door code and the host (Vacasa) knew about it before our arrival. But they didn't want to solve it until we called them.

Main gate into the property was always unlocked. Coffee left was only for two days and we were here 5. There was no decaf. The BED! Hard as a rock and makes noise loud enough to wake up everyone when you turn over. Unit needs sprucing up; various caulking opportunities. Refrigerator makes a loud clunking noise every time it turns on. Hot tubs are over chlorinated. The chlorine smell about knocks you out when you open the lid. No pool, take out the hot tubs and put in a pool.

Extremely clean. Location was good. I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave.

The advertising lead me to believe it was on a beach but there is only a small beach about 3 blooks away. Also it would have changed my plans if the $40 for 10 hrs of parking was known at the time of setting up reservations. And this property is really just some small cottages in the back yard of a business surrounded by a fence. So my girlfriend and I were not impressed to find we were not walking out onto beach for $500 a night

Dirty floor, large open gap over door allowing bugs & critters in, sleeper sofa was awful & basically like sleeping on metal springs, gate lock didn’t lock allowing anyone to enter off the street, a Vacasa Employee entered our room without knocking & said he was told that our room was vacant. Vacasa management company is disjointed, unable to effectively manage well. This was my first stay at a property managed by Vacasa… never again!

Location. Right across from a bar which plays LOUD music at least to 11 pm every night. After music stops the chickens begin clucking and crowing around 3 am non-stop. Also bar keeps light on all night which shines into your room if you are in suite 1 or 2.

Very mixed review on this property. Room clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Major negative was the location.

We loved the location! And the price!

Parking was not ideal. We had a rental SUV and street parking got expensive. This place is great if you have a scooter, walk, or Uber. We received a couple messages about the lack of parking, so not a total surprise. With a rental car we will stay somewhere else next time. Vacasa was wonderful to work with so we will still be willing to use them for other properties in Key West - making sure the property includes parking!

Convenient location to Southernmost Point. Room was cozy and clean, and a rollaway bed was provided for us. There’s a frozen drink stand a block away we loved. Bar across the street had live music we could sit and listen to every night.

We were only staying for one night. We booked the place and after booking it were hit with a full $120 cleaning fee which would have been fine for a longer stay but we were not given advance notice of the fee.

The location is in the heart of the historic district. Only negative is that there is no private parking available. The place is adorable, nicely decorated and perfect for a short vacation in Key West.

Not enough coffee, no place to put luggage except floor, wi-fi took 2 hours to work and intermittent at best! Not strong enough.
